I stumbled upon the Grand Carnival Dimet Hyatt Hotel during a business trip, and it has immediately become my top choice for accommodation whenever I'm in Kunming! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Lin Yu Qiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for commuting and business, with excellent transport links that make getting around the city efficient and hassle-free. Downstairs, there's a large, well-established night market with a complete range of amenities, including various BBQ joints, snacks, and beverage shops. The variety of food is rich and diverse, so you'll never have to worry about where to eat or grab a late-night snack, which significantly enhances the travel experience. The hotel's free parking service is a real bonus – there are plenty of spots, the area is clean, and it's safe and convenient for self-drivers, with no hidden fees, making it very friendly for business travelers with their own cars. The front desk service is professional and thoughtful; the staff are warm and efficient. Check-in and check-out are simple and quick, and they respond promptly to any temporary needs, resolving them in a timely manner with meticulous and attentive service. The rooms are clean and clutter-free, with excellent facilities, providing a quiet and comfortable living environment. The bedding is very comfortable, great for unwinding after a tiring journey. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value with excellent service, location, and amenities – highly recommended!

The room is spacious, the environment is good, and the hygiene is decent. It would be even better if they could provide disposable cups, laundry bags, and disposable toilet seat covers. The surrounding area is also quite lively with plenty of food options.

This time we wanted to visit the botanical garden and the zoo, and this was our first time choosing this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. The room was very clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the common areas were spotless. The disposable face towels and toiletries were especially thoughtful for women. There were also disinfectant wipes in the bathroom, which was reassuring. Plus, there's a food street downstairs with plenty of options, making it convenient for getting around. Free parking is available, and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

When I opened the room door, I was genuinely wowed – it was so clean it felt freshly disinfected and even smelled like sunshine. Plus, I received a complimentary gift upon check-out! This whole experience has completely won me over. I've already recommended it to my girlfriends, and we're definitely staying here again next time. The staff was incredibly friendly and proactively explained the hotel's amenities and nearby restaurants during check-in. The daily housekeeping was also very attentive, leaving everything neatly arranged. The attention to detail was truly captivating. Finally, the room was spotless and odorless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The Jinjiang series is a brand we trust, and this time, we chose it again as usual... First, the room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable; second, dining and shopping nearby were convenient; there's an underground parking garage, which is great for self-driving! However, since several hotels share the same building, it felt a bit messy. The hotel also hosts tour groups, and some tourists were inconsiderate, making loud noises that affected my sleep. Plus, the room wasn't very soundproof, and the quality of the facilities and equipment was inconsistent.

It's so convenient... I came to Kunming on the weekend to do business. I have been communicating with the hotel repeatedly because of the change in my travel time. The hotel staff was very serious and patient to help us deal with it. Because I took the baby out, the baby was curious about the hotel and very noisy. The staff was very patient to take the toys to the baby. Like like like...

The hotel has thoughtful sanitation services and convenient food (breakfast included). Datang also has free coffee. There is also a laundry room and a gym on the seventh floor. It makes me feel like I can stay in the hotel all day without going out. The transportation is also convenient. Recommended

The front desk receptionist couldn't explain how the car got in. I called a few times and then walked directly. I asked the front desk for 20 minutes but they still couldn't explain. The hotel is hard to find. Especially when checking in, it was raining heavily and I walked back and forth for an hour. I got soaked and caught a cold and diarrhea that night... The front desk receptionist really needs to improve their service quality. Both of them were the same. The older one was just there to keep me company and didn't say anything.

The room was well-equipped, clean, and the hostess was very attentive and welcoming. The surrounding area is very convenient for eating, drinking, and entertainment. I'll definitely book with them again next time! 😎
