"No complaints to fuss about. Smooth check in, tidy room, good location. Love the physical information guides, menu, pen & pad! Great Happy Hour, Tasty Espresso Martini! (even with the extra ice). Minor disruption during drink service as another customer started to create a scene, causing some to take and finish their dinner on the outside tables due to the rising tension. Not entirely sure what the problem was but the young staff member handled the situation professionally while also still delivering our drinks in a timely manner. Great effort, especially with the already high demand of orders, thank you! No cooking pan provided in room and only 1 glass for 2 people - we made do. Mediocre breakfast buffet; no sauce other than jam, honey or butter, and could tell it all had been sitting untouched/monitored or refilled for some time with at least an hour remaining for breakfast service. Some tables to be cleared from previous diners sat a little longer than expected. With only this one experience at Oaks to reference, seeing 1-2 staff, I assume always running smoothly with staff shortage can be tough. Attentive and friendly food & beverage staff, checking and fullfilling guests requests such as barista made coffee (tea and coffee available to make self - no soy milk) Must have been poor timing on our part as a few items were replenished nearing the end of our meal as well as more diners being seated. Really Great price for the basics offered, when compared to some other hotels. I must note; individually, the jam, honey and bread were exceptional. Overall satisfied for last minute booking (1 night)"
"Amazing hotel, the room was perfect with every convenience needed for a great stay loved the kitchen and had everything to cook and clean, plenty of room to move around great size balcony"
"Loved the cool retro vibe at Ovolo South Yarra! If you’re into pop art and something a bit different, this place nails it. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean, and well thought out—maybe on the smaller side, but still comfortable. Best of all is the location—right near Chapel Street with plenty to do just a short walk away. Perfect spot for exploring South Yarra with loads of personality."
"The hotel environment is very good, the room is very clean, and there is a washing machine and dryer. There is a kitchen, coffee machine, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. You can cook by yourself, just like at home. It is very close to the metro and trams, and the transportation is convenient. The supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away, and shopping is also convenient. The only thing is that I was charged a deposit of 300 dollars when I checked in. It has been 3 days and it has not been returned to me."
"The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained. Definitely a great option for accommodation!"

Amazing
GGuest UserYering Gorge cottages is a bit of the way out of the city, but it is found within a gold course which is frequented by wild kangaroos, so the scenery is amazing and is a wonderful experience to be in nature with the free-ranging kangaroos. Breakfast is provided and it consists of bread, muesli, milk, orange, yoghurt. There’s a BBQ set on the balcony which is nice. A few things to note: the toilet is very cold in winter ,without a radiator, there are currently no laundry facilities, and the wifi is spotty.
GGuest UserWe are a family of 5 adult and 1 infant, and we booked 2 rooms separately. We primarily chose this hotel because of the good location next to the domestic terminal and a not-so-expensive price point (compared to Parkroyal which was directly opposite the hotel). The rooms were decently-sized, nothing too luxurious as it catered mainly to travellers transferring in the airport. The hotel had a massive gym, which was surprisingly given that it was mostly empty but they had all kinds of equipment catering to all body parts. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was OK. Not the best food, but at least it filled out stomachs with the standard spread of Western food - fruits, bread, eggs and bacons etc. All in all, would recommend this hotel if you are transitioning at Melbourne for a night and looking for an affordable yet not too shabby place to sleep!
GGuest UserPerfect stay for a simple trip. Stayed at the single bed room. The room is small but just enough for my short stay. Room was clean & it has everything you expected for a budget hotel: Tea/coffee, milk on the fridge and toileteries. Wifi speed is good for browsing (Approx 40-50Mbps) The only downside is: Their hotel key is using old technology and easily demagnetised. I happen to put it next to my Airpods and it loses the magnetism.
GGuest UserFriendly receptionists with a cozy lobby area. Guest rooms are large with sufficient cutlery and furnishings. The washroom is a bit small and should be refreshed more thoroughly.
GGuest UserPerfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
GGuest UserAwesome apartment stay at Arrow on Spencer. Warmly welcome by the friendly and helpful front desk officer. The apartment was spacious comfort with well-equipped amenities. Located in the cbd (free tram zone) next to Southern cross station, perfect location for eateries and groceries. Luggages can be stored before check in time.
BBokkie TruongThe reception, the lounge and communal kitchen is lovely and gives a warm and welcoming feeling. The gym is spacious and adequate equipment in good condition. Rooms are nice but like a usual hotel room. The large windows gave a nice view over the street and trees below. Location is next to many Asian restaurants and close to supermarkets. Trams and busses outside and two main railway stations relatively nearby.
