Hotels near Agnes Etherington Art Centre, Kingston

We enjoyed our stay in Dec 2024. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with information about the area. The hotel has free parking and a decent size pool. There's a gym and facilities to do paid laundry. Breakfast was lovely with various options and the hosts there were awesome!. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the room itself was clean and fresh and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Kingston.

The hotel staff are very polite and professional. The hotel room is clean and tidy. I must go back again if I go to Kingston next time. I like their breakfast too.

The staff were great, clean. The floors are creaky when walking in room. But all else was great. Breakfast had lots of choice.

As a Marriott Bonvoy traveller, I usually assure of the upcoming stay but at the Kingston, I experienced One of the most comfort sleeping experience ever!

Very conveniently located right downtown and right on the lake. Suite was spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay as a ”home away from home”.

Perfect location, lovely room and very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was bright and pleasant. I had asked for a desk and ended up with a corner room , a lovely view of the harbour and a spacious kitchenette. The staff were always friendly, and helpful when I needed to go to a pharmacy.

The hotel was in a convinient location nearby the highway and places to eat. The checkin desk is shared with the Quality Inn which was confusing at first. The checkin however was quick and smooth and they explained my room would be in the Comfort Suites building and showed on a map where the best section to park would be. The parking was $6.50 per night. My room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was average and included eggs, sausage, pancakes, bread, waffles cereal, coffee tea and juice. It was very crowded as the seating area is not that arge so I took my food back to my room. They also could have prepared more as the trays were often empty and you needed to wait for them to make another batch.

Nice modest hotel with all basic amenities and services. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Would have rated their service level higher if we could have been allowed to check in just 1 hour earlier than the standard 3pm (instead we were told that it would cost us $40 for early checkin).

Upon checking in, the staff had a great sense of humour, extremely nice, and incredibly helpful in terms of where everything is in Kingston. They even had a map at the front that you could take to see what and where to do activities in Kingston. The room was clean, smelled good, and had a tv. Overall, I would definitely come back and would definitely recommend Econolodge if you are staying in Kingston.

Booked for guests, the hotel's location is excellent, and the guests are very satisfied.
