"Great location: 10-15 min walk to the old city Spectacular view: My husbnd and I stayed at a old city / river view room Great restaurant in the Looby: we arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm, didn’t have much option for late dinner. We had ‘Beef Cheek’ and ‘Black Cod’ at Cabu. Food was amazing! We loved food so much, went back to their grab & go/ coffee bar after we checked out. Other things: Nice to have Nespresso machine and Crabtree amenities"

"Despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations! Excellent location! 2 mins walk to the closest attraction, the national assembly building"

"The hotel location was close to Old Quebec so it has high accessibility to these places of interest. However, it would not be recommended to those who do not have transportation available if carrying large luggage or have difficulty going uphill as the hotel is situated on a slope. Do note that as this is a virtual hotel, so there is no staff onsite but they are contactable via the phone number provided and are happy to assist you. Ground floor rooms are located down the stairs from the main area."

GGuest UserFriendly staff, quick check in and out, room as clean as it can be, breakfast with a variety of choices, hot drinks available all time. Family with teenager. 15' drive to downtown. A very pleasant stay. The only downside would be the room tv as we didn't find a way to project the tablet screen wirelessly but not a big deal as the purpose of our trip wasn't this 😉

Jjeffreycschow- located in a vantage point that commands a fabulous view of the river - The receptionist, Khalil, is friendly and caring to us. - nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet but conveniences are a stone's throw away!

GGuest UserThis is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

GGuest UserI stayed at Travelodge during my trip to Quebec last weekend, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located a bit far from Old Quebec where most attractions are, but the area is calm and quiet, which made it relaxing. There were a few small issues at check-in — I was first given a room that wasn’t ready and was double-charged by mistake — but the friendly hotel staff quickly fixed everything with great service. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had a nice view. There’s an IGA supermarket nearby, and a Korean restaurant right next door that was excellent. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay outside the busy city center.

AAnonymous UserComfy bed in a nice specious room in a century building, great location in upper old town, 300 meters away from Chateau Fromtqnac. the shared bathroom is clean. The wall isn't sound proof but it's bearable. The lobby area could be better organized for more efficient use of space. No frills, charming place. No elevators, you need to have strength to drag your luggage upstairs :D
