GGuest UserIt was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities. The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable. The aspects I wished were part of the experience: Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small. Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on. Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers. More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple. Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

GGuest UserFriendly staff, quick check in and out, room as clean as it can be, breakfast with a variety of choices, hot drinks available all time. Family with teenager. 15' drive to downtown. A very pleasant stay. The only downside would be the room tv as we didn't find a way to project the tablet screen wirelessly but not a big deal as the purpose of our trip wasn't this 😉

Jjeffreycschow- located in a vantage point that commands a fabulous view of the river - The receptionist, Khalil, is friendly and caring to us. - nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet but conveniences are a stone's throw away!

GGuest UserA bit upset for the housekeeping because for the room I could not find the hanging tag for housekeeping to hang on the door so the next day when we arrived the hotel morning time. I called the housekeeping and told them to do the cleaning service and told them about the water tap was lose and the water float wasn’t go down smoothly. When we back around 5 or so afternoons, I was so surprised that The towels on the floor and the bed that I placed the card for changing the bed wasn’t even done any of that which was so disappointed. Then I called the concierge and the housekeeping department and the front desk telling them the situation and they said the service for housekeeping was going to ended and I told them no need to do it because we went back to the hotel and won’t be out soon so we just asked them to bring new towels and gave us some water bottles as well. I told them we don’t have the tag but already called for it which I was disappointed and we only staying there for 3 nights but 1 day didn’t do the cleaning service and only one day left so. I didn’t expect that and was with bf 2nd time to Quebec City for visit.

HHKNekoThe location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather.

GGuest UserI stayed at Travelodge during my trip to Quebec last weekend, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located a bit far from Old Quebec where most attractions are, but the area is calm and quiet, which made it relaxing. There were a few small issues at check-in — I was first given a room that wasn’t ready and was double-charged by mistake — but the friendly hotel staff quickly fixed everything with great service. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had a nice view. There’s an IGA supermarket nearby, and a Korean restaurant right next door that was excellent. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay outside the busy city center.

AAnonymous UserComfy bed in a nice specious room in a century building, great location in upper old town, 300 meters away from Chateau Fromtqnac. the shared bathroom is clean. The wall isn't sound proof but it's bearable. The lobby area could be better organized for more efficient use of space. No frills, charming place. No elevators, you need to have strength to drag your luggage upstairs :D
