"Good stay the night porter looked after me and my sister . Made shore we are ok . Something was missy at my room and the receptionist got everything what I wanted . We’ll be back"
"Would have given a 5 star if not for the lack of service, similar experience when visiting Bremen, like no apology when they stepped on you, rudeness, here counter staff declined request for two teabags! No In other aspects it is better then expected! If can tolerate this, the stay is quite alright."
"Excellent hotel, the receptionists were very friendly and professional. I made my reservation through Trip.com, you can choose if you wanted a quieter room or not. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation, and we returned to the hotel early in the evening, so it seemed quiet. The elevator is a bit small if you're traveling with a stroller, however, everything else was great."
"I had a very pleasant stay and would especially like to highlight the top-notch gym and the beautiful spa area, as well as thank the friendly breakfast staff. Overall, the service was very good."
"Service was good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Coffe at room was good. The location was good. But, there is no additional water for the 2nd day at the room."

Great
GGuest UserWe absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Inn Niu Bremen! The hotel is perfect for families, with spacious rooms and large bathrooms featuring strong water pressure. The beds, pillows, and comforters were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies! The location is excellent, just a few steps from Bremen Airport, making it super convenient. We couldn’t ask for more – truly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Europe!
TThomas SuzhouThe hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management. My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.
OOla KolleshiIt was an amazing experience! The staff is really nice and they offer you everything! The cleaners clean your room everyday while you eat breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Also you have a small shop on the hotel’s hall which offers you snacks and coffee. Definitely recommend and i would come again every time im in Bremen!
SSoh Eng HwaThis is our best stay in Europe, this apartment is near the City, bus interchange and electric tram. Many nice buildings, Bremen university, and a few nice Churchs. Hotel manager support is great . A bit warm, so I borrowed a fan. Second day WiFi keep breaking, not sure why. Apartment has a washer which is really important, and able to cook is a advantage. Apartment is about 1.1km to Netto discount store, and 220m to Rewe which I found out later.
GGuest UserStaffs were friendly and ,the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and modern. Will highly recommend to friends. Unlimited tea/ coffee/ hot water can be used 😀 The location is so good.So convenient walk distance to Bremen train station and city centre.
FFIONAI am very happy to choose this hotel, about 10 minutes from the train station, the room is clean/renovated modern group has a consistent style, there is a PT lady at the front desk called Magda, she is very good and she has taken Chinese classes in Beijing before, so she can speak/understand the small Mandarin, And the front desk manager Mr Linck, he will recommend nearby attractions to me.
GGuest UserHotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.
However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.
Overall good for our needs.
GGuest UserOverall, it's not bad. The location is also close to the center. The room area is smaller than that of other branches, and the bathroom is not divided into two.
