Here's a breakdown of my stay: **Pros:** 1. The mattress was quite soft and comfortable. However, there was no mirror, small accent light, power outlets, or ventilation fan in the room. 2. Relatively clean and tidy: The public areas of the restrooms were cleaned 2-3 times a day. 3. Excellent location: Situated in the bustling city center, right next to the National Gallery and Chinatown. The British Museum is also within walking distance. 4. Quite safe: There's security at the hotel entrance checking guest key cards for building entry. Each floor is divided into multiple segregated zones, requiring a specific key card for access. Each capsule bunk has a rolling door that can be locked from both the inside and outside. You'll need to bring your own small lock to secure it from the outside. **Important Notes/Tips:** Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage all incur separate fees. Luggage storage costs around £15 per piece. I recommend using an external convenience store for luggage storage, which costs about £3 per piece per day. For example, check out the Chinese store at 68 Eversholt Street, which is close to St Pancras and Euston stations, and the British Museum. Also, you can download the 'Too Good To Go' app. Every morning, you can purchase a breakfast 'surprise bag' from the Radisson Blu hotel a few hundred meters away for a discounted price of £5.50 (the original price for the breakfast buffet is £29.90 per person).

My initial expectations weren't very high; I thought it would be pretty average. However, after checking in, I found the location to be excellent, the hotel incredibly clean, and the facilities impressive. It offers great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is great ,size wise the room I got was perfect for short stays in the city. The staff were very friendly and gave me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. Some people who need a very quiet space to sleep may be disturbed by the sound of the trains that run quite late at night  but this did not bother me as I found the train sounds very relaxing . The bedroom and en-suite facilities were exceptionally clean and fresh, not even a speck of dust.  I didn’t avail of a breakfast because of the amount of eateries around Victoria station which is a short walk up the street.  I will definitely return .

Expect noisy underground sounds that you can hear in the room. My room toilet light cannot completely switch it off, so not sure if that happens to all rooms or just mine. All rooms are located in -4 and -5 level which means all rooms would be no window. Room is comparatively small but if only staying just one night I think this is fine. Location is walkable distance to Elizabeth line so it is convenient if you go to or from Heathrow. Very self service. Check in check out all need to do on your own. So no service can comment about.

Clean and compact room with just enough space — surprisingly roomy for the location. Would’ve preferred a small work desk over the pink rabbit, but everything was well maintained. Decent breakfast with amazing city views. Unbeatable location with Tube nearby and bus stop right outside. Friendly staff and great value for money, though amenities are limited.

Location is great, accessible to several main areas within Central London. Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, several cinemas and musicals are all within a 5-10min walk away. Staff were also extremely helpful whenever we have questions or needed help. Amenities & facilities provided are the bare minimum and basic stuff. So don’t expect too much, as you will be spending time outside most of time as well Refreshing welcome drink beside the reception ☺️

The location is fantastic, right outside Trafalgar Square and within walking distance of Chinatown, Soho, the British Museum, and Big Ben. It's very convenient. The front desk was very welcoming. I checked in with a green card, and when I left in the afternoon, my luggage was already in my room. I checked out with a pink card. It was very organized. The hotel is small, and the room was completely full with just two suitcases. But in an area where space is so expensive, I was very satisfied with the price. The cleanliness was excellent.

The room was a bit small, but very clean. It's super convenient for getting around, being just a short walk to King's Cross Station. I really appreciated being able to check in early and store my luggage.

great location, practically attached to Covent Garden and close to Soho and other lively areas. Underground nearby. We didn't have breakfast, because there are plenty of bars and places to eat in the area. Clean bathroom, walls need painting.

This room has a fantastic location, super close to the British Museum, with convenient transport links. It's clean and tidy, and perfectly suited for two adults and one child, although the bathroom is a bit on the small side. Plus, breakfast is included, and the price is really great value for money.
