Love the villa, clean and very nice, love the design and the location too, the staff was very helpful & fast respond, it's quiet dan far from the highway, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms complemented our families to stay, all clean also the facilites such as karaoke & kitchen area are very satisfying (tho i have to set up the karaoke equipment a little bit), the pool is not big but quite fun, air conditioner is a plus, it's needed. We rest well and have fun, all satisfiying we spend out time happily so we forget to take pictures 😅.

Stayed for 2 days at El Royal. The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 2, in front of souvenir shops and a mosque. Complete facilities include a large grass field for playing soccer, a playground (indoor and outdoor), a mini trampoline, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and kids' activities. The food is varied and quite tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside is that the heater is difficult to adjust and can sometimes be too hot. Overall, it's very comfortable, and I would recommend to stay here again

The place is wide. The room is comfortable. Okay service. And in my opinion, this is suitable for families with small children. Because there are many places to play in the swimming pool

I have stayed at this hotel in 1997, but until now the hotel property is very well maintained. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There just needs to be a corridor from the hotel to the main lobby so that it doesn't get wet when it rains because the dining area is in the main lobby.

Booked 3 rooms with a reasonable price at high season. Location is nearby shopping mall and attractions. Highly recommended for family w kids as the hotel come with family suite. Only downside is the hotel doesnt provide free breakfast.

The service is good, friendly and the facilities are complete. I highly recommend staying here.
