Everything was great. Service was exceptional.

One of the best experiences we had with our twice annual travel destinations.  The RentComo location was in the heart of the city, nestled in one of the quaint shopping streets, and walking distance to all the typical tourist stops.  Very nice going back to the apartment each evening, opening the windows and listening to the tourists and locals finishing their shopping or going for dinner.  Very nice apartment with all the comforts; so much more relaxing than the standard hotel room stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Como Hills Hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh local products. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming — perfect for a quiet getaway or a romantic trip. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend Como Hills Hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como! 🌿✨

Absolutely fantastic hotel! I stayed in a spacious studio with a large, comfortable bed and a lovely terrace — perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff were truly amazing — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I was also impressed by their commitment to sustainability, from eco-friendly amenities to various green initiatives throughout the property. It’s clear they care about both comfort and the environment. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Como!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bed was great and comfortable. We had the room in the attic. I would say it’s slightly less than what I would have expected for the price given that we didn’t have any windows looking out. The location was fantastic. Super close to the lake and really nice restaurants. Furthermore, the train station was also a 5 minute walk away should you need it. Would’ve been nice if the breakfast was included and/or reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!💗😍

Small apartment style very near to Como Lago station/ferry Very convenient and the staff there is very polite. Very recommended!!

Good location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the lake. The room is quite aesthetically decorated though slightly small. Main drawback was the 65 steps climb to the room.
