"The location is excellent with plenty of trains and buses nearby. Check in and out is smooth. The only glitch is the front office couldn't explain the price to deliver the luggage to Osaka. Free refreshment on level 3 is excellent."

"A superb hotel located very close to Kyoto Station. The staff is extremely polite and professional, providing excellent service. Luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is outstanding and truly worthy of a 5-star palace. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view over Kyoto city. The room is fully equipped with everything you need: green tea and coffee facilities, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, as well as daily amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, body sponge, body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel in the heart of Kyoto! Beautiful building, wonderful interior, the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay: vending machines, iron, hair dryer, the rooms are clean, beautiful, cozy. Excellent cosmetics, pajamas, smart toilets. We rested with a group of 7 people in different rooms and in all rooms there was enough space to open all the suitcases and pack your things. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very close to the subway, buses, attractions and to all shops and restaurants. I recommend with all my heart and want to return to your hotel! Very good tasty breakfasts! Also included in the price of the hotel is unlimited coffee and matcha from the machine and 1 glass of sake daily! Thank you very much!"

"The hotel is located close to the 3A exit of the Hankyu Train Station. Just walk north and cross the road then you would reach the hotel. Standard breakfast for this good price range and great for those who would like to stay a few days for travelling around Kyoto, Arashiyama and Uji areas. The room I chose was slightly bigger, around 23-25m2 and good for two people, but be prepared if you have two large cases of luggage then opening both together would be difficult, because the sink is located in the heart of the room and not to the side of one wall. Generally, a good choice for its price as compared to those around this hotel."

"Right in Gion! Very convenient:) Loved the huge bed! This bed is probably the biggest I’ve seen in Japan 😂 Room was sufficient, they provided everything we needed, spacious enough to open two suitcases. The hotel provides snacks and coffee at the lobby. Nice!"
