GGuest UserNew hotel. Excellent location, centrally located. The decor is elegant. The room is spacious and has windows that can be opened. The large bed is comfortable. There are indoor hot springs on ground floor, but no outdoor hot springs. Large parking lot, parking is very convenient. Staff service is top notch. Breakfast is average but enough.

PPY WONG The TravellerThe surroundings are exceptionally quiet, making it ideal for relaxation or even a bit of meditation. It may not be the best choice for families with children, as there are very limited amenities catered for them.
Service, however, was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond — when my rental car had a brake light issue, they noticed it before I did, stepped in to assist, contacted the rental company, and ensured it was resolved the very next morning. That level of attentiveness is rare.
Location-wise, it is quite remote. There’s little within walking distance, so getting around or finding food requires some planning. But if you’re here for peace and an onsen experience, that quiet isolation becomes part of the appeal.
A memorable stay overall, especially for those seeking calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

GGuest UserThe building is old, but it is not understood that it is clean and cherished. The flowers on display were beautiful and the rice was very delicious. And the customer service was really polite, and I was often noticed that the color 々 was, and I was able to spend it with a very happy feeling that I noticed and acted before I asked. And the bath was the best.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a company trip without meals. It was a Japanese-style room, but it was very clean and had all the amenities, so I was very satisfied. The price was also reasonable, so I recommend it. I would like to stay here again if I come here again. The hotel staff were also very helpful, so it was a great experience.

XXINGQIThe traditional Japanese hot spring hotel has two open-air hot springs, a soup of Chicheng and a soup of rock mirrors. When you take a hot spring, you can see the opposite mountain view and beautiful scenery. Laoshen Hot Spring is at the entrance of the tail owl, and plans to go to the tail to hike early in the morning. The woman of the hotel will hear that I am going to go to the stern, and I will help me to contact me for the next day to go to the tail of the bus. I feel that the service attitude is really touched.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hot spring hotel before going on the Oze trekking tour.
The fact that there is a shuttle bus from Ueno to Jomo-Kogen Station at 2pm when taking the Shinkansen is a big plus (lol).
I had to rush in the morning to get to Oze, but breakfast was scheduled for 7:30am.
The service of moving it up to 7am was fantastic.
I'd definitely like to use it again next time.
