Bbell_onThe location is the main thing. Near the mall, food center and also the night market. Parking is free. Service is impeccable. And the rates per night are quite reasonable. All in all, we loved our stay here!

GGuest UserI had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered an amazing view. Housekeeping did an exceptional job each day, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the room, from complimentary water to quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the in-room amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, and the dining area was always clean and well-organized.

GGuest UserThis is a good standard hotel and well centrally located. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a large choice for both Thai and western visitors. The main restaurant was good with a varied international menu and the service staff friendly and personable. The hotel lobby food supplied by the Wuff and Munch restaurant was disappointing and lacked any flavour. The amenities in the hotel were generally good with the gym being very well equipped. The entertainment in the hotel used to be very lively but now seems to be reduced to a single piano player and lacked and true atmosphere. The hotel cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful and provided a good cleaning service. I was charged for a small glass breakage caused accidentally by my son cleaning his teeth oat checkout although not a significant amount was disappointing considering my stay was for 15 nights. Unfortunately this type of checkout experience leaves a negative impact upon leaving the hotel.

AasuthVery good location! Less than 10mins walk to the shopping centre (Central Udon), also less than 15mins walk to UD TOWN. There's a laundry service (opens 24hr) available in less than 5mins walk from the hotel. Requirement of 200THB cash for deposit, when checking in. Stayed in a double bedroom - seemed a little old, but well maintained, cleaned, and most amenities are available in the room. Swimming pool, small gym and a bar are located on rooftop floor (you'll get welcome drink voucher & breakfast vouchers when you first check in). Basic breakfast : bread, butter, jam, rice, fried egg, omelette, salad, watermelon, pineapple, water and orange juice.

NNipa T.This is what you can call a homey hotel, as it is built in a big contempolarly 2-storey house, with no elevator. There is only a staff at the front desk, so you may have to take care of yourself, even the staff is friendly and willing to help. We had a problem with the water heater, but they fixed it as soon as on the day we informed them. At their price with the service got, this place is still worthy to have a stay 😁

GGuest UserThe newest B2 in town. The best design of B2 hotel thar I have been to. Perfect for those having early morning flight. Just 5 min drive to the airport. Very clean as it just opened in August 2024. However, the room isn't soundproof so it might not be suitable for difficult sleeper.
