FFashion_PotatoWe got this hotel because it's on the way from Denver to home and my brother recently got an electric car. We wanted to stop and charge, sleep properly, then get on our way again. The beds were so comfy, the shower was nice and the water hot, and the hotel's shampoo and soap were pleasant. Downside, all their chargers are Tesla so we had to charge elsewhere, and their breakfast ends before 10. (We had gotten in very late, especially since we had to charge the car further away) Overall, a delightful experience and a comfortable hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in such amazing location. Close to places to eat, hiking, interstate to get to other mountain towns. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were nice and clean, quiet and loved that they were dog friendly and had pool and restaurant on site. Love the free easy parking. Loved that they had s’mores nightly for guests if they wanted.

VVladimirThat is a motel and it is really outdated. While in the room you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. The fridge was so noisy that I had to unplug it. On the positive side, beautiful view to Ptarmigan lake, nice breakfast, nice hot tub

Overall, it is clean and the scenery is good, but note that Ctrip does not indicate that the price does not include spa and wifi, and will be charged when leaving the store. GGuest UserKeystone Resort was an absolute delight. While the check in was in a different location, it is very easily assessable via car. We love the fire place and the complete amenities in the room. The room was overlooking the lake which was beautiful. For those who are not used to winter weather, the rooms had heaters and the toilets as well.

GGuest UserThe room is nice and cozy, the breakfast is better than other hotels I stayed. The front desk manager is very nice and helpful. My wife has a meeting after checkout time and he has offered many options to us, including a temporary key to use our room, use the business center or cafeteria, or late checkout. He is very considerate.

GGuest UserNoisiest place I have ever stayed. Bed was extremely firm and got terrible sleep. I never received a room number and it took several calls to track that down, then the PIN number for the lockbox they gave me in the email was wrong and I had to call them again. There is no AC which I thought would not be an issue when temps were in the fifties for a high…. I was wrong. It’s too warm, had to sleep with the windows open and you just hear road noise and guests constantly.
