The room not nice but the service worst! Floor dirty, and give us used towel!

Deja Vu House Halong Bay 🌊 A cozy boutique hotel with a decent restaurant on the first floor serving pizza, pasta, and refreshing tropical drinks. The rooms are warm and tastefully designed with wood, marble, and ceramic details — small in scale, yet the comfort easily surpasses many larger hotels nearby. The location is great — just a short walk to the bay, perfect for dawn or sunset strolls. Breakfast is complimentary, with a nice bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup to start your day. Cons: The rooftop room features a beautiful stone bathtub, but the hot-water supply is limited — it took nearly three hours to fill, and the water cooled down by the time it was ready. The TV in that room is also quite small and doesn’t support Netflix. Overall, still a charming place for a relaxed stay by the bay 🌅

Very good hotel. The reception staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a lot of questions because we had an emergency new planning in Hanoi and they answered all our concerns . The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was correct.

Calm and nice area with lot of flowers and trees (billiard club very close). Minor issue with the room but we got upgraded so can t complain. Staff was very kind, wifi was fast and room comfortable. Pleasant stay. (Picture taken from the room)

The hotel also provides currency exchange services, and the interest rates are better than Taiwan Bank! You can also exchange currency at the city bank! Better interest rates! The overall room is very clean and the breakfast is delicious! However, due to the powerful typhoon more than ten days ago, many trees and the original breakfast on the high floor were damaged! it is a pity! But this one is very cost-effective! Recommended to stay

The location, reception, and service were absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is lovely, with lots of perks, and it's quiet and peaceful. The area is great. Poem Mountain is right across the street. The bed is large and comfortable, and the room has all the amenities. There's a cafe downstairs, but I didn't know when it opened. We were only there overnight, and the owner only woke up just before we left for the airport. We asked for an airport transfer in advance, and they seemed to be happy about it, but of course, there was no transfer. For the price we paid, it was fantastic!
