This hotel is a gem! First, it’s convenient location. You just need to go to the G level of Macao airport and cross.
Second, 24 hrs reception. The receptionists were very accommodating. We checked in around 10pm and it’s really fast.
Third, it is cleaned every day. The room is very nice, especially the view as you can see it’s overlooking and facing the aircrafts and sea.
I would recommend this for those having a red eye flight. There’s a lot of free hotel buses down the airport you can really save a lot. Easy access to restaurants, atm machines and bus stop inside the airport as well.
Amenities include: toiletries, hair dryer, mini ref, tv, wifi, hot and cold shower, 4 bottles of water and a free pen and memo pad.
There’s no deposit fee required. Checking out is really fast as well :)

There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. The hotel also exhibits various 1:1 handmade armor models with reference to replicas of medieval ancient relics, as well as precious artworks from abroad. We hope our guests enjoy the atmosphere and feel like they are in a medieval art exhibition hall.

We loved this place!!! My family arrived at the airport around 1:30 AM and found out that the hotel was right next to it! It was attached to the airport and didn’t need to take a taxi. After the flight, we could have sweet dreams right away. We loved the place. I would visit this hotel again when we travel to Macao later in the future. The price was wonderful as well! Highly recommended.

After the transformation of Sheraton Hotel, the overall decoration of the hotel lobby and the elevator hall of the first floor public area is very beautiful. When you arrive at the accommodation floor, the low-key British style is introduced when the elevator is opened. The room has been upgraded unexpectedly. It is spacious and bright. The details in the room can deeply appreciate the store's attentiveness. The bathroom is very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are all available; there are also a lot of hangers in the cloakroom; the biggest highlight is the massage chair. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus and you can take a taxi between attractions, you still have to walk on your own feet in the attractions, so you can enjoy a massage and rest comfortably after running around the attractions every day. Finally, I have to mention the full-day package at Hampton Court. From breakfast to afternoon tea, to cocktails in the evening, the food variety is very rich and cooked with very fresh ingredients. It's a pity that my stomach can't hold it. In addition, the hotel also has a swimming pool, gym and SPA. Although I didn't have time to experience these, I can leave them as a thought for my next visit to Macau. So the next time I come to Macau, I will still choose Londoner!
At The Londoner Hotel, all 594 suites have been designed and crafted to take guests on a unique journey for a one-of-a-kind, bespoke experience. Suites range from 75 to 113m², and are perfect for couples or small groups, spacious and comfortable, luxurious yet practical, with a selection of well-chosen art pieces. Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Additionally, the staff's behavior was not very good and lacked professionalism. Our flight was scheduled for the morning, so the day before, we asked the front counter for advice on where to take a taxi to the airport. The staff provided incorrect information. On the day of our departure, there was a marathon, and the roads were blocked, but we were not informed about this. When we went to the spot the staff had directed us to wait for a taxi, there were no taxis available. We then approached another staff member, who instructed us to go to a different location to find a taxi. My mother, who suffers from severe leg pain, had to walk a long distance to reach the new spot, only to find out it was the wrong direction again. I felt terrible for putting her through that. I hope the hotel can improve staff training to avoid such issues in the future.

I recently stayed at The Parisian Macao during a business trip, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I usually avoid staying at hotels within the Venetian complex due to its large property size, but this time I chose The Parisian for its convenient location directly above the Venetian Expo Halls, where I was attending an exhibition. It turned out to be a fantastic decision.
From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless. The guest relations staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, immediately giving me confidence that my stay would be well taken care of. My room was conveniently located near the elevator—a thoughtful detail that made navigating this large property much easier. The room itself was bright, impeccably clean, and surprisingly well-maintained for a hotel that has been operating for about eight years; it felt almost brand new!
The service on my floor was excellent—prompt and attentive. The team ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. For anyone attending events at the Venetian Expo, The Parisian’s location is unbeatable. Accessing the expo area was incredibly convenient; just a short walk through the hotel’s function rooms led me directly there.
The thoughtful amenities in the room added to my comfort. A foot massage machine provided much-needed relief after long days at the exhibition, and late check-out allowed me extra rest in the morning before packing up in the afternoon. Small but meaningful touches, like replenishing shopping bags after room makeup and brightly lit bathroom lighting ideal for makeup application, showcased the hotel’s attention to detail.
I also dined at a few F&B outlets within the Venetian property, all of which offered very good service. The dining experiences complemented my stay perfectly and added to the overall positive impression of the property.
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the hairdryer. An updated model with higher power and a longer cord would enhance convenience for guests.
Overall, The Parisian Macao proved to be an outstanding choice for my business trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for exhibitions, concerts, or events at the Venetian complex. Its combination of convenience, excellent service, and well-maintained accommodations makes it a standout option!

Worth writing a comment and special thanks to Justin, Rebekah and 芷玲! It is our first time staying at Andaz. The guest experience team did the perfect job on customer's satisfaction. The team arranged a special birthday cake to my girlfriend and the special photo shooting from an instant print camera. The room is very new, fresh, and clean. The drinks at the bar are great. The location is good. It is very memorable. Continue the good work!

TThe HotelierMy stay at the Altira Hotel Macau was an unforgettable experience that seamlessly blended luxury, comfort, and stunning views. Located on Taipa Island, this five-star hotel is a hidden gem that truly embodies the essence of indulgence.
From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service set the tone for my stay. The warm and attentive staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making check-in a breeze. I was upgraded to a luxury suite, and the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the elegant decor and spacious layout. The modern design, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Macau skyline, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful.
One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury.
The Altira Hotel’s location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the peaceful environment made it the perfect escape from the bustling city. Overall, my stay at Altira Hotel Macau was nothing short of spectacular. With its impeccable service, lavish accommodations, and stunning views, I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking to experience the pinnacle of luxury in Macau. I can’t wait to return!
GGuest UserVery convenient to go to attractive places and the room very clean. If I have a chance to come to
Macau again I will back to stay here again.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
GGuest UserThe location is far from the tourist attractions, but the hotel is attached with a mall and recreation area, so you can enjoy your time without meeting the crowd. A bus stop is nearby and also a shuttle service is provided by Grand lisboa palace resort, followed by 10 minutes walk from the get-off point to the hotel
Lleena03The Hotel has a good location , we got a jockey club facing room which was excellent. It’s a 5-7 minutes cab ride from Venetian. The room was very good and had all basic room necessities, washroom was excellent with separated sections. The staff was kind enough to give us balcony room upgrade.
The breakfast was decent, had fewer options compared to my other stays at similar hotels, but the staff in the restaurant was very good and us being restricted on the kind of meat we can eat, they without even asking offered us alternate options that were quickly made in the kitchen and served.
JJyut EleanorA very new hotel. The view out the hotel room was incredible.
Everything was perfect, but we were quite disappointed with the front desk… As a 5-star hotel, he was quite rude the whole time, and he stressed that deposit will be deducted if we smoke in the room. We went to the room and found that there was this heavy cigarette smell, we called the front desk and they said they would send a personnel there to “check”, without saying that they might be carrying a huge machine to spray the room or mentioning any solution. Turns out a very polite young lad came to the room with that huge machine and asked if we needed to spray the room. We said it was okay because the spray had an even stronger smell. But the service is pretty bad, not up to the 5-star standards. And also, the hair dryer didn’t work. I heard the other female receptionist at the front desk and the attitude was also the same. Lastly, the breakfast was also a little bit disappointing. Not suitable at all for foreigners. There was no cheese for a toast, just butter and orange jam and the bread was awfully chewy and hard…
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
KKwee LanGot a double single bed room. Was very big. Every was good. Best part was I get to choose the firmness of my pillows within the room. The only disappointment was the so called international breakfast seems to have mainly Chinese food. Also, to maintain the Holiday Inn standard, probably should get rid of the stains around the bath tub/bath area.
GGuest UserI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
