"I’ve stay at this hotel before and it was much better than this visit. They were understaffed had no food service. I realize it was Christmas, but with better planning they could have done a much better job of providing quality service which I have come to expect from Hilton. The did not have anyone to even empty the trash cans.  The front desk staff was relegated to dust mopping the floor. No coffee available for room consumption. All in all not a fun experience!"
