"Second time here and choose the muji style room, overall experience is good but the room is actually smaller than the classic room with view which if you are carrying with big luggages or stuffs it might be limit space for you. But the cleanliness and room is consider okay, apart from some stains on the towels and bedsheet. But even with stains they are seem to be clean to use."

The biggest advantage is its direct connection to Sunshine Central Mall, making shopping, dining, and daily essentials incredibly convenient. The location is also great for exploring Penang’s attractions. Not to mention, the hotel also is just minutes away from Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple, and many famous local food spots, making it an excellent base for exploring Penang. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay with excellent service and convenience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"We have a group of 8 person. The apartment every room is clean, they have washing machine to use and the living hall is spaces is good for big families to use. It is connection with shopping mall at Level 5, is very convenience ."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!"
