The spa is amazing: spacious sauna, modern hammam, and a clean, well‑maintained pool. There’s also convenient underground parking, which is a great bonus. In the morning, guests are greeted with a lovely welcome breakfast — delicious, varied, and served with great hospitality. The apartment itself is fully equipped for a long stay: dishwasher, washing and drying machines, coffee maker, iron — everything you might need for true comfort. Overall, it’s a perfect place for both business and leisure travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and high‑class service. "Четин! Спасибо большое за размещение! Очень крутые аппараты! Короче есть всё кухня забита новыми принадлежностями до отказа. Несколько способов заваривания чая и кофе, несколько кастрюль и очень много чашек. Внутри - чистота. Кровать была удобнее чем в премиум отеле. Все новое. Доступность до ТЦ и старого города 15 минут. Короче - рекомендую. Это будет первый отзыв на этой платформе. Он будет честным!"

It was clear that the host pays great attention to detail and takes cleanliness seriously. Throughout our stay, we felt comfortable and safe. It is a place we can confidently recommend and would gladly choose again.
