"The hotel is new. Everything you need for your stay is provided (slippers, bathrobes, toiletries, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer). The room also has a tea station and a coffee machine with capsules, and bottled water. Upon check-in, as a welcome amenity, there were fruits, nuts, and S.Pellegrino mineral water on the table. The breakfasts are delicious, and you can order an omelet if you wish. The staff are friendly and responsive. All questions and requests are handled quickly. Room cleaning is done daily, but they don't clean surfaces or mop floors very well – there was dust piling up for 7 days under the armchair, table, and bathroom vanity))), and cotton pads and swabs were occasionally not replenished, despite leaving tips. On the bright side, they did make swans and a flower once!)) They also forgot to restock water and coffee, so I had to call reception. There's a pool where you can get beach towels. There's also a separate spa area for men and women, and a gym. The location is good, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. We recommend this hotel."

"The place we stayed at was truly clean and well-organized. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed by a fresh and well-maintained environment. There was absolutely nothing lacking in terms of cleanliness; both the kitchen and the bathroom were very hygienic. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided and carefully prepared. It was clear that the host pays great attention to detail and takes cleanliness seriously. Throughout our stay, we felt comfortable and safe. It is a place we can confidently recommend and would gladly choose again. I didn’t even realize that I had dropped my ID in the hallway, but the kind lady in charge found it and brought it back to us. I would like to thank her again."

"The hotel is brand new and incredibly clean. Having a washing machine and dryer, along with full kitchenware and a dishwasher, was very convenient and made for a comfortable stay. It's not in the old town, but it's an easy 10-15 minute drive, and Terra City shopping center is right next door. I really liked the neighborhood! It offers great value for money! In the mornings, there's free bread, cheese, jam, and coffee downstairs. We bought some fruit to eat in the room, which was lovely!"

"The moment I saw Adria Inn, I reached out to them. From that very first contact, they did everything they could to ensure we had the holiday we wanted. Thank you so much for their attentiveness. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the warmth we experienced on the phone continued; it was a wonderful welcome. Although it’s in a very charming and central location, you can still sit quietly and relax in their courtyards. Our room was extremely clean, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were fantastic people. I’m sure you’ll have a very peaceful holiday with people who genuinely care about you. I’m not sure if this is the place for you if you prefer a hotel with a restaurant and meal services. Perhaps they could add food and drink service to their garden. Since we prioritize local flavors on our holidays, we chose to stay at a hygienic hotel. "Pros: A clean, new apartment with a modern interior, a 1+1 room, ideal for a family with a child. All dishes, appliances, and bedding are new. Cons: The description said the balcony had a courtyard view, but in reality, we had a basement room with a balcony view of a concrete wall (basements can't actually have a courtyard view). We wanted to upgrade to a higher room for an additional fee, but there were no available rooms. Our sheets didn't dry after two days on this miraculous balcony, and our swimsuits were stinking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't even lower my rating. The staff is responsive and resolves any issues quickly. Just book a higher floor."

"We were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel is brand new and all the staff are incredibly kind. It's a very secluded spot with an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy, and appreciate cleanliness and modern rooms. We personally took masks and swam to the waterfall on our own; if you're a good swimmer, you can try it too. We walked over rocks and through dusty water, then got out onto the rocks and admired the waterfall – it was breathtaking! You can really see the owner's taste reflected in this hotel. There was also a beautiful car parked at the entrance. Overall, the hotel leaves a 'wow' impression!!"

"For such a low price, the hotel is great, and the room itself was perfectly fine for me, but I was shocked by how incredibly dirty the toilet was: the toilet seat was covered in urine, and the area around the toilet was also splattered with urine. In the morning, there was a huge blob of what looked like phlegm or snot on the floor... It seems like they don't even clean it once a day. The shower, however, was fine. The location is ideal, with a tram stop to the airport just five minutes away. They happily provided an extra warm blanket upon request. But seriously, they need to clean more often. It was literally disgusting to be in that toilet."

"Wonderful hotel! The location is great for a beach holiday (less than 5 minutes to the beach). Very clean, daily cleaning, friendly staff. The hotel is new, so the renovations are fresh, everything is great! There are good restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is an 8-minute walk away."

"There is everything you need in the room, teapot, fan, twig, washing machine, dishes and washing machine, but I was not comfortable. They stayed one night before departure. The view from the windows to the building, quite modern repair, but apparently everything was done not qualitatively, from the walls everywhere the pipes, near the window of the wall in the flow, the pillows are not comfortable, dust on the floor."
