ZhongcaoyaoaThe hotel rooms are very modern and apartment-style, featuring a kitchen and utensils. We were able to buy steaks, BBQ, and eggplants from the supermarket and roast them in the oven, which was delicious. The staff were very responsive and polite. The hotel is located in a newly developed area, giving it a modern feel with plenty of restaurants offering affordable prices. It's about a 30-minute walk to the beach. Overall, it's a perfect hotel. Absolutely flawless.

emmi singhAn excellent hotel with lots of advantages such as great location (30min from the airport and also near the sea), great food variety (my child loved waffles and pancakes and cheesecakes, I was diving into vegetables and we both were happy!). Staff are very nice, starting from cleaners to technical maintenance people. Pools are great, just the aquapark is actually 2 slides and unfortunately they never start on time but later and always seem to be closing earlier than announced on the poster. (should be 10-12, 14-17). Room was clean and looked exactly like on the photos. The only thing is that if you are placed somewhere in the building B where there is a main restaurant and lots of green areas you may be woken up after 5am by the lawn mower and noises of cleaning and kitchen preps. Also, worth mentioning that the hotel is well maintained and there is work going on improvements every day. We needed to use medical services and the nurse was absolutely lovely. We had a mega swift transfer to the hospital and were well taken care for over there. Also, if you life cats you'll find at least 5 adult and couple of kittens running around but they are not agressive and not disturbing. They are absolutely cute and lovely. This is definitely important when you travel with kids!!!
So all in all, a good place to stay with kids when you want to rest and enjoy your hols.

Lay Har YeoWhen we arrived after a long drive on 2 May 2025, the reception staff brought us coffee and were very pleasant. They also helped us bring our luggage to our room. But there were no explanations on the WiFi, or getting around the hotel, or any other information. We needed to call down for shower gel because our bottle in the hotel room (403) was near empty, and the vanity mirror’s light was also not working, which seemed to suggest that it had been some time since anyone had been inside/ checked the room. The most disappointing was when we hung the “please make up the room” sign on the door when we left at 8am, arrived back at 10pm, and the room hadn’t been tidied or refreshed at all. This was on 3 May 2025.
Pros:
- The room layout was great (at least for our room, which was sea-facing) and the overall location of the hotel, and the privacy and quiet it affords is fantastic. But it’s a pretty hefty price tag.
- They were also able to give us a late check-out which was much appreciated. The restaurant menu is a little limited in options but very delicious (we had the pasta).
Cons:
- If you’re going on tours and leaving early in the morning, ensure you buy your own breakfast the night before as the breakfast service in the hotel doesn’t start til 8am.
- WiFi was poor in the room and often dropped. Perhaps a signal booster would help.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The staff are of high caliber. For breakfast, you have the option to dine at AKRA, which is by the sea and offers absolutely stunning views!

Kulish StepanOverall, the hotel isn't bad. The decor is quite old-fashioned in style, but everything is well-maintained. It's a bit far to walk to the sea, and there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby. But everything else is fine.

RumyashWe stayed here for 2 nights at the end of May. I'd give the hotel a solid four stars! The pros are the location, service, and the attentiveness of the staff. They let us check in at 9 AM without an extra charge.
The breakfast was perfectly adequate; nothing fancy but you definitely won't go hungry. There's a bus stop right by the hotel, and shops and cafes are nearby. The old city walls are a 10-minute walk away. The main downside is that the rooms are a bit tired; at least our room on the 3rd floor showed its age and needs a cosmetic renovation and furniture replacement. However, for a 2-3 day stay, it's perfectly fine.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience at the hotel. Here's a revised version of your review reflecting your feedback:
Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

The hotel's location was nice, but even though we stayed in a sea-view room, the windows were covered in mud. Despite telling them every morning and evening during our three-day stay, they still didn't clean them. Furthermore, they gave me the ridiculous explanation that they would clean them when the rainy season was over. It was a mediocre place, lacking quality; we weren't satisfied except for the view.

The City Live Hotel is in front of the large shopping centre Terracity, super for one night and a shopping mall in Antalya. The taxi stand is in front of the hotel and there is a restaurant, a exchange office is located right on the side street. Breakfast is in the form of a buffet and in summer you can even go to the pool and sun. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the room there is a sofa and enough room for 3 people, as there is still one single bed and a double bed available. The windows are just kippable and there is no balcony except in the Junior Suite. However, you can book a smoking room. A air conditioning is also in the room and the beds and kittens are comfortable. What was hard was that you had to wait very long for the lifts, although there are two. This hotel is ideal for a short trip, it would recommend if you have no big ideas and want it clean and comfortable and is only for shopping in Antalya.

Danish ShadabNot very satisfied with the room size and other services. I booked my room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Set breakfast with minimum spread. Dinner was also set with only three options to choose from.
