DDebbyWangThis hotel-style apartment offers much larger rooms than typical hotels. They provide high-quality disposable slippers and complimentary water, and there's a good parking lot on-site. Breakfast is a collaboration with a nearby breakfast spot; you just take a voucher and get a set meal. There are plenty of dining options and coffee shops nearby, including a fantastic new Turkish kebab place that I visited two days in a row. The hotel is only about a ten-minute walk to the beach, fifteen minutes to the old town, and twenty-something minutes to the airport. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly too! 👌🏻

GGuest UserGood hotel, but not for a beach holiday!!! Gorgeous lobby and reception area!!! Great food and service!!! Absolutely not thought out territory, everything is very uncomfortable, bad pools and areas next to them, very bad mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing of the rooms!!! You can only go here as a business hotel for 1-3 days!!! For the third day, we ask you to make us play a volleyball court, but only promises, everyone has already been crippled on it !!! I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday!

GGuest UserWe flew in for New Year's and stayed at Akra V across the street, but we used all the facilities of the Akra hotel. The indoor pool is fantastic, a comfortable 28 degrees, and you can swim under to the outdoor heated section. There's an excellent sauna and hammam, plus a huge gym. Towels are provided at the spa entrance. We brought robes from our room. Everything was very impressive.

AAlex0050Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!

LLay Har YeoWhen we arrived after a long drive on 2 May 2025, the reception staff brought us coffee and were very pleasant. They also helped us bring our luggage to our room. But there were no explanations on the WiFi, or getting around the hotel, or any other information. We needed to call down for shower gel because our bottle in the hotel room (403) was near empty, and the vanity mirror’s light was also not working, which seemed to suggest that it had been some time since anyone had been inside/ checked the room. The most disappointing was when we hung the “please make up the room” sign on the door when we left at 8am, arrived back at 10pm, and the room hadn’t been tidied or refreshed at all. This was on 3 May 2025.
Pros:
- The room layout was great (at least for our room, which was sea-facing) and the overall location of the hotel, and the privacy and quiet it affords is fantastic. But it’s a pretty hefty price tag.
- They were also able to give us a late check-out which was much appreciated. The restaurant menu is a little limited in options but very delicious (we had the pasta).
Cons:
- If you’re going on tours and leaving early in the morning, ensure you buy your own breakfast the night before as the breakfast service in the hotel doesn’t start til 8am.
- WiFi was poor in the room and often dropped. Perhaps a signal booster would help.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not very generous (e.g. no juice only tea, more salty than sweet)
The swimming pool is incredible it closes at 12 a.m. if I don't say something stupid
The beach right next door, there are quite a few cats and dogs hanging around the hotel
But I recommend it because I was rather comfortable

Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

AAnonymous UserHotel is good, we were given a spacious comfortable room. Hotel staff is very kind. On the beach with the negative did not face, very welcoming were. We were on weekdays, maybe associated with it. In the restaurant a very welcoming young guy, I don't remember the name. The last day there was no cleaning, just put the paper with towels, it wasn't very nice, as after the sea the floor in the room is packed in two days. In general the hotel remained satisfied.
