HHabib Begzad”Fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms spotless, perfect location, and excellent service – the only issue was the weak wifi signal in the room. highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI've stayed at many Rixos hotels in different countries. Some of their hotels have the 'Premium' designation. However, this Rixos Downtown Antalya is NOT Premium. So, I don't understand some of the demanding reviews. The hotel doesn't hide the fact that it's an older, standard 5-star property, but with good service. Basically, if you don't expect premium when it's not advertised, everything will be fine. The grounds are very compact, but they have everything you need for a small, comfortable vacation. No, there's no salmon for breakfast, but the food is quite varied and high-quality; Rixos stays true to itself in this regard. The room was good (we had a Comfort room with a sea view), and everything was in working order, including the bathroom. No dirt, mold, or other common issues with older hotels were noticed. Housekeeping was done daily. I only noted one downside: the double bed had two single mattresses covered by one sheet. By morning, they would separate, so one of us would wake up in the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and there was no pillow menu. Otherwise, everything was great. The heated pool was 29-30 degrees Celsius, there's a spa, hammam, Russian steam room, and Finnish sauna. The landscape is picturesque, and they have good bicycles (free of charge) for rides along the sea.

ТТурист из МосквыConsidering the March rate was reasonable – 2.5 times lower than it will be in August 2026 – this is simply a wonderful option. The main plus is the food. High-quality fresh greens, a small assortment of fruits and vegetables, fish and meat (fish only for dinner), plenty of pastries, drinks – all quite edible and tasty. Special thanks to the restaurant staff – they meticulously wiped tables and changed (not just wiped) napkins and tablecloths. On a Saturday, even in March, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to clear (most likely, this is a common scene in summer) (this didn't happen on other days). Dinner was more interesting than lunch and breakfast. A downside: the soups were spicy; they were tasty but spicy (I wanted to try local cuisine and I love cream soups, but the spiciness made it impossible). Naturally, this is definitely not suitable for children. However, it's worth noting there was a separate small table for children, perhaps with non-spicy soup, but I didn't check. The bar staff were very pleasant and quick. Entertainment: I don't know about summer, but in March, it consisted of very cheap performers and shows. Internet: Excellent. A peculiarity: using the Yandex Go app is convenient, but to call a taxi in the city center, you need local Wi-Fi; using foreign mobile data is hit or miss. Rooms: Family room, very small balcony, with a side view of the sea. Sitting on the balcony isn't very comfortable as you'll be face-to-face with neighbors. Problem: Lighting. Half of the ceiling lights were not working. In the bathroom, the ventilation didn't work at all, and after a shower, condensation dripped directly onto my head from the ceiling. We constantly kept the bathroom door open (an uncomfortable option, but there was no other choice). I don't know where one would dry towels in the summer, considering the small dryer on the tiny balcony only has space for 3 swimsuits. The shampoos, conditioners, gels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes were of very low quality. The beds were decent, but the pillows were old, with lumpy fillings inside. You have to ask for bathrobes at reception, and they weren't in pristine condition. The bedroom door was completely broken and didn't close properly (room 440). We didn't check the air conditioning. Upon check-in, only water was available at the bar; the advertised cola, Fanta, etc., were missing (see screenshot with information). The reception promised to bring them, but never did during our 3-night stay. However, considering there was plenty at the bar and restaurant, we didn't bother reminding them again. The hammam, sauna, and indoor pool in the spa were average. The pool water was cool. The spa area is inconveniently located – you have to walk past all the guests at reception and the bar in your robes and slippers. There's a cafeteria from 11 am to 6 pm where you can have tea and pastries, with a very pleasant Russian-speaking staff member named Ira. Also, there's a panoramic terrace on the 6th floor, which we discovered by chance. The hotel has its own access to the sea via a tunnel, but there's very little space – a narrow beach, more for a quick dip before returning to the hotel grounds for sun loungers (see photo from the beach, where the closed tunnel gates are visible). Considering all the points mentioned above, I would not agree to pay 45,000 rubles per night for a family room for four in August.

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel based on reviews and its affiliation with a well-known chain. Overall, it's not bad. I liked the room style, and the mattress was very soft, so I slept well. It's great that there's a balcony where you can watch planes fly by in the evening. It wasn't noisy at all, and it didn't disturb my sleep. We didn't try the food at the hotel restaurant, as the selection didn't appeal to us. We also didn't find anything appetizing at the buffet, and for the same price, we had an excellent meal at a restaurant near the hotel instead. The hotel's location is close to the airport, making it suitable for those using it as a transit point. There's a rooftop pool, but it was too cold, so we didn't swim. As for the downsides, there was only one tea bag in the room and no complimentary water. When I asked about water, I was directed to the bar. We ended up buying water at the supermarket. I'd give the hotel a generous 3 out of 5, it just lacks a certain warmth. We probably won't stay here again; we'll look for somewhere else.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a relaxing environment, mostly for guests over 40 and families. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely attentive and polite. I don't think young people would benefit much from this hotel. It was a decent hotel, I liked it (relaxing). Thank you very much to all the staff, they were doing their job very well.

GGuest UserThe hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me. However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away. The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me. In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂

MMehmet Ali BökeWe stayed in a deluxe room, on the 2nd day the curtain came off the 3-4 rings of the cornice, this curtain was not fixed during our stay. I do not recommend you to eat at the hotel, there is no flavor, an uncooked chicken was served. The breakfasts are very standard and the same things are served every 2 days. The water pastry we ate on the first day was very nice, but they heated the same water pastry for 5 days and made it dry and served it for breakfast. There is honey every day but why is there no clotted cream every day! The smiling face and attention of the staff ***meat was good, the location of the hotel is great, the view is perfect

GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renex Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, this brand-new hotel boasts with modern building. One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish hamam, which provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything felt fresh and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of high quality, with a diverse selection of delicious and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, my experience at Renex Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe facilities are relatively old, the location is by the sea, and the sanitary environment is not ideal. It is still some distance away from the old town tourist attractions. If you drive by yourself, it is ok. There is a sea about 500 meters away on foot.
