TTatyana GolubevaThis is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers.

GGuest UserThe workers are very professional and warm-blooded. The sea of the hotel is wonderful, there is no rock and the steps are deepening. The only hotel that has actually been able to have the concept of everything among the hotels I have seen so far. 10/10

GGuest UserThe hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me.
However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away.
The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me.
In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂

GGuest UserThis was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks.
The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily.
It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

The temperature in the pool in sunny days - 26-27, in the clouds fell to 22-23.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a relaxing environment, mostly for guests over 40 and families. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely attentive and polite. I don't think young people would benefit much from this hotel. It was a decent hotel, I liked it (relaxing). Thank you very much to all the staff, they were doing their job very well.

We stayed one night before a flight and it was everything we wanted.
The gym is incredible with an outdoor and indoor pool.
We left super early in the morning to catch our flight and they gave us breakfast to go.
Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be near the airport.
We took a taxi to the old town and cost us about 500 TL
