"Really worth for the money.. Staffs are more friendly. Food can order. Taste was very nice. Water heater, hair dryer, bed sheet TV are all so good. All amenities were great. Staff allowed me to keep my luggage until 3 pm even I had checkout at 11 o clcok also allowed me to refresh. I strongly recommend for all."

"Orchid Square has given us lovely memories of Coonoor. It was comfortable, clean and the food was excellent. However it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that really helped to make our experience here a very good one. The restaurant staff in particular showed good humour. The hotel helped with transport. The wifi connection was good. It was peaceful and our room was spacious with lots of extras like tea/coffee, shampoo/ hairdryer. The only downside was the distance into town, needing a tut-tut, about 10-15mins travel time. However, we had peace and quiet."

"The room was ok. But the bathroom was not superb clean. There was no hot water available after 10 am which made it difficult to freshen up in evening after trips. It was located close to many tourist places which is a great plus and the staff were supportive."
