Great
AAnonymous UserWe were arriving at Toronto Airport at around mid-night time and decided to stay near the hotel before heading to downtown.
The hotel room is comfortable, and the variety of food at the breakfast counter is good.
Just a friendly reminder for travelers, please call the hotel for the shuttle service. We standed at the airport for half an hour, and realized that we need to call the hotel to arrange the transportations instead.
CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.
GGuest UserVery clean & nice hotel. The floor was super quiet and peaceful as well. The pool was great to enjoy during the summer heat. The stay were very friendly and super accommodating. Lots of restaurants and shops close by to grab all your essentials.
GGuest UserMy stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on.
GGuest UserIt was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.
MMister StephenI really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.
GGuest UserAlthough I prefer when airport hotels are actually in the airport, I guess that's not how it usually works. This place did what it was for, though, and did it pretty efficiently, too. I had hurt my hand while hiking on my trip, and on my way out the woman behind the desk cleansed it and rewrapped it for me. Great service!
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
GGuest UserThe room is very large and spacious, the facilities and equipment are relatively new, and the overall feeling is good! The breakfast is also OK, but there are not many varieties.
LLow Siong Lye 27052025I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers convenient airport pick-up, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest after a long flight.
The location is also a plus, being only about a 10 to 15-minute drive from the airport, making it ideal for transit stays or early-morning departures
The only downside is that the hotel does not provide longer-term baggage storage (such as for a full day or more). This was a bit inconvenient for my travel plans.
Overall, it's a solid choice for short stays near the airport, with great comfort and convenience—just keep the luggage policy in mind when planning your trip
