"The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay."

"I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website."

"Nice room and beds, decent shower and clean. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways are a bit dated and a touch tatty but the room was modern. Breakfast was decent but not quite as good as at the holiday inn express next door and the breakfast room is quite a bit smaller and more cramped with less tables. Free coffee in the reception and the rooms was nice. Staff on the desk was nice and chatty. Overall it was decent."

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are large , clean, I was kindly given a very good view room as well. The front desk officers  was extremely helpful and help us to get a tour guide with the car quickly. We spent wonderful 4 hours in tour around the downtown of Toronto. Breakfast was very satisfying as well. So all was excellent, including shuttle bus from the airport."

"The hotel is very nice and modern throughout. The only issue is the hotel is on a flight path into Pearson International Airport and is very bury with planes going over the top of the property overnight and early morning!"

"I chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing. Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service."

"A lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone. The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery. There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight! Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise."

"I booked this hotel for a night before our vacation and a night after our vacation leaving our vehicle on the property for an extra fee. The restaurant was excellent . Best calamari ever . Excellent service at the bar and at the restaurant. Concierge and reception was super helpful. Love our stay on both nights . Will definitely rebook on any of our trips leaving from Toronto Airport . "Room is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. What is worse is that the doors of the rooms will automatically slam shut after you exit, so you can hear the sound of doors slamming the whole night if it the hotel is busy. Light sleepers will have problems."
