Amazing
DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

GGuest UserLovely stay, I recommend the Fairmont gold room, the lounge and service were great! The hotel is big and has a lot of restaurant options. But keep also this in mind as the spa, and public areas are also quite busy with people and families. The confort of having the ski rental and ski valet in the hotel were amazing!

GGuest UserVery satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!

RRobin77777The hotel is located near a commercial street, so it's very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The surrounding environment is great, and the hotel service is very warm. It's worth coming back; this is a tourist city.

GGuest UserWaited in line for over 35 minutes to check-in so we were already off to a bad start. There were two lines set up. One for elite members and one regular. Front desk just took whoever was in that line without checking and none of them were members. It was a chaotic check-in. I requested a quiet room preferably away from the elevators and we were put in a room with only 1 room in between. I know requests cannot be guaranteed but there was so much noise in hallway, and we could hear everything word for word from room 801 next to us which ruined our sleeps for the 5 night stay. There was a door directly between our room and the next room (I guess it could be transitioned into bedroom suite). The hotel and elevators were extremely busy and there was also construction in multiple areas of the hotel. Parking was inconvenient as the spots were tiny. The room itself was clean and location is good but overall an uncomfortable stay and negative experience throughout. At checkout, the lines were set up different again and no one knew where to line up.

GGuest UserVarious facilities are relatively complete, and the staff's service attitude is very good. It's a bit of a walk, but the hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

YYukioStaff: friendly Location: amazing Cleanness: good The amenities were poor, like the ice tray was broken, other rooms that my friends stayed had free tea and milk but we didnt. No sponge. The shampoo was bad, used our own that we brought. Overall really good place to stay.

GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
