Whistler Hotels with Wifi

"Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation of the facility (in English). Once I checked in, I received my key, a Wi-Fi code, my room number, and a paper with my check-out time written on it. The room was spacious and the bed was large enough for a single person! There was a mirror, a charger, about three hangers, and two compact shelves. There were two light switches: one just inside the entrance and one near the pillow. When I checked out, I simply returned the key. Once my check-in was confirmed, the deposit was deducted from the registered credit card or the card used for payment. I asked the front desk and they told me it would be refunded in about two weeks. It was very clean, and the receptionist also explained it gently and carefully."

"The check in staff was friendly and the bell boy was very helpful. Location was quite central in the village. A few things for my low rating is that the room was dusty and the air conditioning was very noisy and it was right beside the bed so it gets too cold. The other thing was the lift from the village side was not working on the day my friend wanted to visit and as she was on wheelchair, she could come into the hotel. There should be an extra lift for emergency. If she was to come through the front door, it was too far."

"This time, I stayed in a duplex room, and the overall sense of space and design was truly excellent. It was very comfortable to live in, and the view was great. However, the only slight drawback was that due to the duplex layout, the air conditioning didn't seem to circulate well to the upper floor, making it feel quite stuffy when sleeping upstairs. I suggest the hotel consider adding a circulating fan upstairs or enhancing the air conditioning system in the future, then the overall stay experience would be perfect!"

"Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot."

"Hotel room is also big, clean and quiet location. However, there is a little hassle to drive to Blackcomb Village, but it would be a good choice for guests who want to stay in a room type in better condition than the location. The lake in front is only available to guests, and they provide free kayaking or paddle boards-!! You can have a good time. And there were a lot of people in the hotel, maybe the restaurant is quite famous."

"Staff: friendly Location: amazing Cleanness: good The amenities were poor, like the ice tray was broken, other rooms that my friends stayed had free tea and milk but we didnt. No sponge. The shampoo was bad, used our own that we brought. Overall really good place to stay."

"Beautiful room,full kitchen ,stove,oven,big refrigerator ,coffee maker,kettle,toaster,microwave oven,dish washer,big tub,large dinning room table,air condition was on and room cool,refrigerator was on and cool.Was our 3 year wedding anniversary they brought a basket of goodies for us.They have gated under ground parking so I did not have to worry about our corvette.lots of closets and storage spaces.beautiful pool and hot tub.great location .I can go on and on about how wonderful it is.We will be back would like to stay forever there ,and live in the place 🤣🥰"

"There are two bedrooms and one living room. There is a sofa bed in the small room and the living room, which can be pulled out to make a bed. They are equipped with sheets, blankets and double pillows. So one room for three people is very comfortable. The living room has a full set of kitchen equipment, cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee powder, and tea bags. The most comfortable thing is that the fireplace is real, and it is heated by gas and air conditioning, which is particularly warm in winter. Comfortable. The hotel is not far from the main cable car station of the two mountains, 100 meters to more than 200 meters away. Just down the steps from the hotel is Whistler Town's main commercial pedestrian street, which is very convenient for dining, shopping, supermarkets and bars. Parking instructions: First park temporarily in front of the hotel, complete the check-in process, go around the disc and enter the underground garage (it is an underground public garage for several hotel parking and public parking), enter the garage and find P4 on the fourth underground floor (note that there is an electric pull-down sliding door , it will rise automatically when you open it in front of the door), park in the elevator shaft where you can find the name of the hotel, use your room card to enter the hotel and take the elevator to the floor."
