"The location is super convenient, just outside the main village of Whistler, and right next to the Whistler Golf Course driving range. It's within walking distance to the Whistler Gondola. There's a convention center, guest services, a supermarket, other hotels, and fast food nearby, so it's really handy. We parked in the hotel's underground garage, which cost $27 a day. It was spacious and had Tesla fast chargers. The front desk had a paid coffee station with Nescafé capsule coffee for $2.50 a cup, and a vending machine, creating a nice little dining area that was quite comfortable. The lobby also had hanging basket swing chairs, which was a nice touch. Front desk service was pretty good; they let us check in at 12:30 PM. The room looked clean and bright, simple yet elegant. It wasn't huge but had enough space for two people. Whistler doesn't really have an off-season, so considering everything, this hotel offers excellent value for money."

"Lovely stay, I recommend the Fairmont gold room, the lounge and service were great! The hotel is big and has a lot of restaurant options. But keep also this in mind as the spa, and public areas are also quite busy with people and families. The confort of having the ski rental and ski valet in the hotel were amazing!"

"Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation of the facility (in English). Once I checked in, I received my key, a Wi-Fi code, my room number, and a paper with my check-out time written on it. The room was spacious and the bed was large enough for a single person! There was a mirror, a charger, about three hangers, and two compact shelves. There were two light switches: one just inside the entrance and one near the pillow. When I checked out, I simply returned the key. Once my check-in was confirmed, the deposit was deducted from the registered credit card or the card used for payment. I asked the front desk and they told me it would be refunded in about two weeks. It was very clean, and the receptionist also explained it gently and carefully."

"Great location and friendly and helpful staff. While the hotel looks a bit dated, and the room I book looks much bigger in photos than the actual size, it’s still a good value-for-money choice at this time of the year."

The Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Whistler. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Whistler Water Airport located approximately 5km away and Whistler Railway Station roughly 5km away. Keeping busy is easy, with Powder Mountain Catskiing/Heliskiing, Audain Art Museum and Whistler Blackcomb - Peak 2 Peak Gondola all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Whistler hotel offers parking on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"This Whistler resort offers an exceptionally convenient location with quick, effortless access to both the village and the gondola station. While the rooms and facilities are overall good enough to provide a comfortable stay, it is worth noting that the south tower is showing its age a bit more than the newer north tower. For leisure, guests can enjoy casual fun at the small heated pool and hot tub on-site. When it comes to pricing, visitors should anticipate extra costs at checkout; the $37 CAD gated self-parking fee combined with resort charges adds up to an additional $90 CAD or so. Despite these extra fees, the property ultimately delivers great value for money. The experience is further elevated by Whistler itself, which serves as a spectacular, scenic destination—particularly on a sunny day. Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway."

"The most dog friendly hotel in Whistler. What truly impressed me was how thoughtful and warm the staff were — the front desk team actually remembered my dog’s name, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel does not charge any extra pet fee, and they provide everything dogs might need, including dog towels, water bowls, and even a toy that you can take home. These little details really show how much they care. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!"

According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"There are two bedrooms and one living room. There is a sofa bed in the small room and the living room, which can be pulled out to make a bed. They are equipped with sheets, blankets and double pillows. So one room for three people is very comfortable. The living room has a full set of kitchen equipment, cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee powder, and tea bags. The most comfortable thing is that the fireplace is real, and it is heated by gas and air conditioning, which is particularly warm in winter. Comfortable. The hotel is not far from the main cable car station of the two mountains, 100 meters to more than 200 meters away. Just down the steps from the hotel is Whistler Town's main commercial pedestrian street, which is very convenient for dining, shopping, supermarkets and bars. Parking instructions: First park temporarily in front of the hotel, complete the check-in process, go around the disc and enter the underground garage (it is an underground public garage for several hotel parking and public parking), enter the garage and find P4 on the fourth underground floor (note that there is an electric pull-down sliding door , it will rise automatically when you open it in front of the door), park in the elevator shaft where you can find the name of the hotel, use your room card to enter the hotel and take the elevator to the floor."

"Location was a bit far from main area. You'll need a car or take a bus ride. The front desk/receptionist didn't tell me that we could park anywhere on the RIGHT side of the entrance gate at the check-in. We used the room key to open the left side of the entrance gate, which didn't open at all. After many times failed and finally, they call the maintenance person, and he told us that we could've parked anywhere on the right side of the entrance gate which front desk person didn't tell us at all. So that was frustrating, and it took us 1 hour to figure out. The room was very clean and nice. We forgot toothpaste, but they brought it to us happily when we asked. so that was very delightful."

Four Seasons Resort Whistler

9.7/10
Amazing

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

Very satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!

Conveniently located a few steps away from the Whistler Gondola. Rent your ski gear from the Can Ski store located at the ground floor and you can easily drop off/pick up your skis at their valet.  Our suite has a kitchenette and dining table so it was easy to eat breakfast in our room before heading off to ski. There is a grocery store a 5 min walk away. The fireplace in our suite was nice and we used it quite often. The hot water in the shower was almost instantly available which we appreciated. The hotel is a little dated but has everything we need. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, Ka Ze, located at the hotel. Reservations recommended.

I understand this is a budget hotel, but I wish it had been clearer that there would be no housekeeping at all during the stay—not even bed-making or basic cleaning. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, although it’s marketed as a hotel. Unfortunately, I also had a strong allergic reaction to the bed, which made it really hard to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even when turned off, there was still a constant noise coming from somewhere—possibly the ventilation system, but I couldn't tell for sure. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise from the nearby road (could be a highway). That said, the room was spacious and had a small table to work at, which was convenient. The kitchenette was clean and functional, and the bathroom was in good condition. The closet space was also good (note that I traveled by myself).

The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
