KKUN215The orange crystal that lived on this trip directly pinched me! As soon as I entered the lobby, the lights and decoration were intriguing, and the modern light luxury design felt full, and the instant goodwill was full. The check-in at the front desk was super fast and the welcome fruit was sent intimately. The room layout knows me too well. The low saturation color is matched with the right warm light, the atmosphere is directly full, and the fatigue is instantly dissipated. The bed is a zero-pressure foam mattress, the softness is perfect, there is no noise when you turn over, and it is matched with memory cotton pillows. It is called an ”efficient blood return” artifact when you sleep until dawn. Smart customer control is super convenient, you can switch lights and adjust air conditioning when you move your mouth, and the gospel of lazy people is undoubtedly. The minibar is rich in drinks, the small refrigerator is also very practical, and the details are full. Breakfast is both Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, the noodle stalls and coffee are especially colorful, and the day is full of vitality. The service is also super intimate, and any needs can be responded quickly. The location is also very good, the surrounding food and attractions are all available, and the travel is super convenient. Next trip, you must choose orange crystal!

MM417377****The overall environment and service at this hotel are excellent. It's really good; the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic, and they even offer ginger tea. The freshly squeezed juice at the lobby bar is also delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. Very satisfied!

MM803406****This stay at Home Inn Select Hotel far exceeded my expectations, deserving a perfect score! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; taxis are readily available, and the surrounding area boasts a wide variety of shops and restaurants, making finding food a breeze. Check-in was efficient and quick, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive, even proactively recommending nearby attractions.
The room was spacious and bright, with a modern yet elegant design. It was thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding—a Mengbaihe zero-pressure mattress paired with a slow-rebound pillow—provided a very comfortable sleep. Thoughtful amenities like smart curtains and a smart toilet were a plus. The laundry room was well-equipped and clean, making it incredibly convenient for travelers.
The breakfast was varied and nutritionally balanced, with the handmade wontons being particularly delicious. Service was prompt and attentive throughout, with attention to detail that made it exceptionally good value. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice. By the way, the hotel's sales staff, Mr. Huang, is incredibly handsome and provides warm and welcoming service. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

It is dated and needs immediate full refurbishment. The quality of breakfast in the cafe is very poor, and there is room for improvement in respect of the service of some staffs. However, I have to express my appreciation of the execellant service extended to us by Miss Lisa Yang, the restaurant manger, who offered to buy for us sugar-free yogurt when she learned that we don’t take sugar-added yogurt due to health issues.
The Chinese restaurant is a bright spot in the hotel. The food and service provided there is sumptuous and outstanding. I would like to thank Miss Sally Chen for her unique hospitality and expert service, making us feel truly welcome, comfortable and valued.

This family-run homestay — hosted by a lovely couple and their two children — offers a genuine and welcoming experience.
The guest room is a renovated part of the old home: clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials.
Beyond the nostalgic architecture, what makes this place truly special is the tea room. It’s a hidden gem filled with rare and high-quality teas sourced from various regions. Guests are warmly invited to sit, sip, and chat — not just about tea, but also about culture, stories, and everyday life.
Even as a foreigner with only basic Chinese skills, I felt completely at ease spending time in the tea room, exchanging thoughts with the host. Language wasn’t a barrier at all — tea became our shared language.
This was my first time staying in a tea house, and it left me with beautiful memories. If you're looking for something authentic, relaxing, and deeply rooted in local life and tea culture, Wanran is a must.

GGuest UserMy wife and I spent our weekend at this amazing hotel. Our whole experience since we checked in all the way to checking out has been awesome. The front desk manager ALEX was very helpful and kind to upgrade our room from Garden view to Lake view. The room was very spacious about 55sqm and was very clean. The bathroom was gigantic with bathtub. The swimming pool at the hotel is big and very clean. There is a water park right next to the hotel which was fun and we had a very nice time. The breakfast at the hotel was delicuous especially the egg omlette and scrambled eggs. There were western and chinese cuisine for breakfast. Front desk manager Alex was very attentive and he made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. All the other staffs in the hotel were very nice and had smile on their face all the time, they would greet you whenever they see you in the lobby or the hallway... I would definitely visit this hotel again in near future...

AAnonymous UserRoom was really big, and although it was further than I expected, its still of a walkable distance from the airport. Room was big and had plenty of space! Cleanliness wise was actually pretty alright, EXCEPT the toilet. I think it was mentioned by another reviewer that there is a very strong smell i think coming from the drain. It really hits you in the face whenever you open the toilet door, so im quite affected and reluctant to use the toilet lol. But luckily the toilet and bath are separated, so I think if you close the toilet door its still fine. I just hold my breath when opening the toilet door. Also its still bearable for me since im only there for 1 night (im in quanzhou for a 24 hour layover), but otherwise the smell is really not for long stays, so I would say considering the price I paid (and the proximity to the airport) its still an acceptable stay BUT if you're staying there for longer I would recommend looking for other hotels! (Which is a shame really because I like staying in large rooms normally and i think i dont have high standards for my stays as long as its clean, and this room is pretty spacious)

GGuest UserAfter further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.
The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing.
Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items.
Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.

AAnonymous UserThe taxi drop-off is along the main road, but it is just a short walk away from the hotel. There is a big signage for easy identification. The night market is just a short walk away, and has a wide range of food and snacks.
A deposit would be collected during the check-in process at the front counter, the process was relatively smooth. Conversed in mandarin so there wasn't any language barrier.
Cigarette smell is strong in the corridors and walkways. The walls in the room are not very clean, with visible stains. There's a gap when the toilet door is closed.
Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. Towels were sealed.
Water temperature and amount are not consistent, sometimes it would get either super hot or super cold. Bathroom is relatively big and clean, but there is no wet / dry separation.
Fits the price paid, we only stayed one night due to a transit flight.

MMilanAnjia apartment is in nice residential area, just behind the Hilton hotel, and there is a food court nearby. It offers a beautiful view (see my photos).The apartment is not so close to Quanzhou as it looks on the map, and bus service is on an hourly basis. So, you are better using taxi or Didi. But it is not so far from Jinjiang Wudanshi Traditioal Blocks. The rent is pricey, but it is comfortable. Especially if it is a holiday they raised a price from 180 RMB to 326 RMB. Guests are required to do a self-check-in. However, there are no fabric towel, only paper ones. Imagine you dry yourself with a paper towel, which is disgusting, it is not enough, so you have to suffer after taking a shower. The owners who rent around dozen apartments do not want to bother to wash towels; they prefer lazy lifestyle of rich owners - easy money with less work.
