Jinjiang Hotels with Pools

The room was really big, spacious, and very clean. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a very comfortable stay and look forward to coming back here for my next business trip. The experience was top-notch!

The room itself is OK, it is cleaned very well, and most importantly, the service of this hotel is very good, from the waiter to the front desk, the attitude is really good, so I will stay again, I feel quite happy. Except for the address and the hardware is a bit remote, everything else is OK. The price-performance ratio is OK

I booked a 'Deluxe King Room' for a 4-day, 3-night stay. Upon check-in, the front desk agent, Ms. Zheng Jianting, kindly upgraded me to a 'Luxury King Room' free of charge. That night, the central air conditioning was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep due to the heat. I immediately informed the front desk, and the hotel manager, Mr. Li, along with front desk staff He Ting and Wang Yichao, proactively addressed the issue. They then upgraded me from the Luxury King Room to an Executive Suite, and later, once again, upgraded me to a Presidential Annex Suite without any hesitation. The housekeeping staff, particularly Ms. Wang Famin, provided warm and sincere service. On the morning after my check-in, when I went for breakfast, perhaps a bit late, I noticed two issues: first, the variety of dishes was limited, and second, there were no staff members guiding guests. I provided feedback to the hotel, and to my pleasant surprise, the very next day, the restaurant not only had a richer selection of dishes but also had several service staff present. I commend the hotel for its willingness to genuinely accept customer feedback and promptly implement improvements. I want to thank all the aforementioned staff members for their warm and sincere service and hope the hotel recognizes their excellent work. I wish the hotel continues to strive for even higher service quality and enjoys thriving business.

Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, served buffet-style. The food is decent, and it's available from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, so you can grab a bite if you're catching an early flight. If you're in a rush, you can ask the front desk for a simple breakfast to take on the go – thoughtful and convenient.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, the beds are quite clean, maybe it has something to do with the price, but you get what you pay for and can't be too picky. However, the bathroom is indeed a bit poor, it takes a long time to get hot water, and the water is very yellow at the beginning.

Booked two queen rooms for two nights and overall, it was a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were also polite, greeting guests when they saw them. The rooms are quite spacious, and being on the 21st floor, the view is excellent, overlooking the lake. The parking lot is also very large with plenty of spaces, which is convenient for those driving – no worries about finding a spot. The buffet breakfast is extensive with many options, and enjoying it on the top floor with that view is really pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel has a great location, with convenient access to transportation and restaurants. The room was bright and well-ventilated, clean and odor-free, with complete toiletries, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and responsive. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and tidy, but the facilities were a bit old, especially the shower system. The environment wasn't great; we were unlucky, perhaps because the room next door was occupied by a bride, making it impossible to sleep. The second night was another wedding banquet, with singing in the banquet hall past 10 pm. The hotel's soundproofing seemed very poor. However, we were very fortunate that the front desk staff were extremely helpful. They proactively helped us change rooms on the first day and apologized on the second day. The hotel director even personally contacted the wedding organizers. In short, we are very grateful for the warm service from the front desk staff.

The bedding was soft, the pillows were comfortable, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a quiet and restful night. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water for a pleasant shower, and all toiletries were provided. The room facilities were all new, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the service was exceptionally attentive. They responded quickly to any requests, and their staff were gentle and patient. Overall, the stay was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, completely exceeding my expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time; highly recommended!

This hotel is very new overall and the environment is warm and comfortable. The room is smart in the whole house, the lighting and equipment are simple to operate, and the experience of staying is very good. The staff is thoughtful and caring, responds promptly, and treats people warmly and meticulously. From entering the door to checking out, the whole process is very worry-free, and the details are well done. Whether it is a short-term stay or a business trip, it is a very good stay experience and it is recommended.
