GGuest UserThe city of Huazhou exceeded our expectations. It’s amazing. I was originally driving north from Hainan and was going to Zhanjiang after passing Xuwen Port, but after going there a few times I felt it was just average, so I changed my route to Huazhou and stopped there. I didn’t expect this small city to be so cozy, with so many delicious foods and cheap prices. The hotel is new and the facilities and equipment are intelligent. The front desk clerk was very nice. The upgrade to a river view room was awesome. The environment is nice for a walk along the river after dinner, without the hustle and bustle of a big city. I really recommend stopping here. Much better than staying in Zhanjiang.

The hotel is located in the Lotus Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by green waters and clear mountains, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and a green green open with purple and red flowers, which makes people feel refreshed.
The hotel lobby is magnificently designed, the public areas are decorated with artistic atmosphere, and the fresh flowers are emitted in the space with a faint fragrance. The room I stayed in faced with the lake view, standing on the balcony to enjoy the lake and mountains, it was very pleasant.
The hotel's hardware is first-class, impressive and first-class service. The front desk staff Chen Enmei and Li Yanshan are polite and courteous, and they are never tired of asking questions, making people feel at home. Say to them again: thank you

The hotel was recommended by a friend. The front desk service attitude is good, the room facilities are well-equipped, clean, tidy and comfortable. nice environment!

ZZhuosikeThe hotel is a non-smoking area, and the lobby and guest rooms are all non-smoking areas. But on the first day of my stay, I saw a man and a woman smoking as they entered the elevator in the lobby on the 5th floor. The front desk asked, ”Is there any?” Later, I pointed out the person in front to him and then intervened. The next day, the person in room 1117 opened the door and smoked. The whole corridor was filled with the smell of smoke. I told the front desk, but I don't know if there was any follow-up. The rest are very good

MM272220****Excellent! Because the typhoon cannot cross the Qiongzhou Strait, I stayed in Maoming for two nights. I have not stayed in such a comfortable and cost-effective hotel for a long time. The room is minimalist, but the design is very fashionable, very clean, spacious and bright, and all the details are very humane. It’s modern, and everything is good, and there’s nothing bad about it. The plugs all have typec fast charging, the toilet can be heated and flushed automatically, and the internet speed is very good. I can’t praise it enough, haha. The service is the icing on the cake. The staff are friendly and responsive. Extra quilts and mineral water are free. Before leaving, they reminded us to be careful not to go to places with deep water due to heavy rain. It was really considerate. There is a gym on the third floor. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. It provides free water, towels, storage boxes, air conditioning, and TV for screencasting. Parking spaces are a bit tight. There will be space on the ground after a while. If there is no space, you can go to the underground garage, but it is not connected to the hotel and you need to walk a short distance. Fortunately, there is a parking space at the door. Scan the QR code to park for free in the lobby. The breakfast is quite rich, the dining environment is good, and the price is very good. It feels like staying in a five-star hotel. highly recommended!
There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance. I ate Chef Niu’s beef offal and fat duck porridge, both of which were delicious. In the evening, there is the Rongyuan Night Market, where the fried skewers are good.

Not much to do in rainy season so really for hard core hot spring fans or people wanting a peaceful get-away to do nothing
Transfer to high-speed rail station only twice a day on a little tired old van so don’t expect a Sheraton worthy experience
Staff are helpful and friendly though some can do with more training. Management is a bit too hands off and perhaps need to step up the game a bit on guest experience overall
Pockets of surprises such as the night show on the lake and morning tai chi lesson on the hill.
Food very average with 50% of the food served at buffet dinner being the same as breakfast. Can consider introducing more local specialties and educate guests about them
