## Amenities: The facilities are quite old, and my overall experience was just average. I stayed in a Moon Reflection Building room with a private pool. Initially, the balcony lock in my first room was broken, so I was moved to another. Later, I discovered that the light in the outdoor hot tub was out at night. I contacted staff, who came to check, but informed me that all lights turn on and off centrally, and they couldn't control individual lights. So, essentially, the light was broken. It was pitch black at night, making it impossible to use the hot tub in the room. ## Cleanliness: Cleanliness was decent; I didn't find anything particularly dirty or problematic. ## Service: The service was okay, and response times were quite fast. Staff helped clean the private hot tub, changed my room, came to check the lights, and delivered mugwort sachets for bathing – all done quickly. However, the old facilities significantly detracted from the experience. I specifically booked this room for the private hot tub, but with no light at night, it was too dark to use it.

As soon as we checked in, we felt very good service. The hotel staff served us warmly and thoughtfully with smiles. The environment here is elegant and comfortable, and the beach is right outside our door. In the evening, we watched a song and dance performance and played with a bonfire. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant, and the breakfast was rich. There are many choices for dinner, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment in the scenic spot are also very complete.
