They always bring water to the room, regardless of whether it's left from the last day or not. Good location of the hotel. The old town is only 15 minutes by taxi, the big park is also 15 minutes away. The staff is very polite and cheerful. GGuest UserI stayed at the Hilton Friendship Hotel during my business trip in Yongcheng and it was an amazing experience! The front desk staff, Aami, was extremely friendly and warm when handling check-in and check-out procedures. Every detail was taken care of perfectly, making me feel extremely warm upon my arrival. The entire process was efficient and comforting, like a gentle breeze blowing over me, and all the travel fatigue vanished. The room was also very clean, which is exactly what you would expect from Hilton. I must give Aami a full 5-star rating every time I stay there. Highly recommended! 👍

ZZixiaoyouFacilities: The basic supporting facilities are good, parking is very convenient, there is a dedicated underground parking lot and exclusive parking spaces. The breakfast was good. It was the best hotel in Shangqiu during my two days stay.
Hygiene: The toilet seat is not wiped clean, which may mean that it is not cleaned carefully. Some accessories in other places, such as the power socket of the sink, are damaged. It is best to repair and replace them in time.
Environment: The location is very close to Riyue Lake, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there are all kinds of restaurants within 1 kilometer of the surrounding area. The sound insulation is average. The windows are designed with drainage holes, which causes noise from outside the window to be transmitted in. There are also problems with the design of the pipes in the building. The sound of running water will be transmitted when taking a shower or flushing the toilet upstairs. The sound in the next room was bearable... the soundproofing was really lonely.
Service: The service is indeed good, and the front desk is very polite. However, the permission to upgrade the room should not be honored. The reason should be clearly informed to the guest when booking a room.

After shopping, I bought some delicious food and drinks and then went back to my room to hang out with friends. The front desk lady greeted everyone who came in and out and always served with a smile. It was a very cozy stay here. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. Great! It's highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis place was just as I expected. For anyone who has not stayed at such a place, I want to clarify the description. This is a hostel. There is a single toilet and shower for the entire floor. You can lock the door and take a shower or use the toilet, but you may need to wait your turn. There is also a single sink outside of the bathroom for the entire floor to use.
Management is very nice. They do not speak English and are not familiar with the process for registering foreign guests. In the end we asked them to take pictures of our passports and visas and figure it out later.
