"Overall a fairly decent hotel. Very local oriented, no international foods. Be prepared to be conversant in mandarin. But the service staff are very helpful and attentive. If you ended up staying here, you’re most likely either on a group tour or for business as an overseas travel. It’s close proximity to some local shops and food so still not too secluded, even though they are situated at the newer area of town. If I come back for business, I will consider to stay here once more. Only issue was the fitness centre was closed. They should rectify it asap, as it was rather disappointing not to have the chance to use it. The covenience mini store located at the lobby is a bit helpful for any simple basic things needed."

"This time the reservation was really blindly selected! The location is good, and the surrounding shopping and eating are very convenient. For people who drive, there is their own parking lot and it is free. It is really worry-free and money-saving, and the favorability is instantly improved. The room is also very good, the space is large, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows on the whole side. The lighting is excellent. Standing in front of the window has a wide view and the mood is bright. You must focus on the bedding, lie down soft and close, especially relieve fatigue. When I checked out, I chatted with the front desk to know that I just changed the brand new quilt and pillow core. No wonder the quality of sleep is so high, and there is a sense of practicality at home. Breakfast is also full of sincerity, although the variety is not very much, but the taste is authentic. Initially, I had reservations about the city, but this hotel transformed my perspective. The accommodations are outstanding, spacious, well-designed, and maintained to high standards. The bathroom is also impressive; the toilet features a heated seat, and the shower offers excellent water pressure and hot water. My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I must write a positive review. It was a wonderfully comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The most heartwarming aspect was the attentive service from Xiao Qin at the front desk. He was incredibly attentive and meticulous throughout the process. During check-in, he was gentle and patiently explained the surrounding amenities and directions, answering all my questions with great care. Knowing I was traveling alone for business, he thoughtfully provided me with fresh fruit; the refreshing fruit platter was a welcome touch, a small detail that showed his sincerity. For any daily needs, Xiao Qin responded promptly and handled everything efficiently and reliably. The check-out process was simple and efficient, without any unnecessary steps. The environment is quiet and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the price is excellent. The meticulous service made my trip much less tiring, and such a warm and welcoming accommodation experience is rare. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this area for business.

Service is very good, staff friendly. Breakfast good. Suggestions well respected. Request to send us to bullet train station, they only charge a nominal fee, no surcharge. Free pickup from the station also. The car trunk is pretty big. Washing machine and drier, iron pad, small gym also. Facilities are well above the normal three star hotel. The hotel is humble and ready to take suggestions for improvement. The only pity is there is no tower hanger in toilet. All others are good.

The toilet was clogged at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. If I called, I could send someone to deal with it. In addition, there is a free Chinese medicine pack for foot bath when you check in. After a tiring day, foot bath is very relaxing.

This place was just as I expected. For anyone who has not stayed at such a place, I want to clarify the description. This is a hostel. There is a single toilet and shower for the entire floor. You can lock the door and take a shower or use the toilet, but you may need to wait your turn. There is also a single sink outside of the bathroom for the entire floor to use. Management is very nice. They do not speak English and are not familiar with the process for registering foreign guests. In the end we asked them to take pictures of our passports and visas and figure it out later.

Facilities: The basic supporting facilities are good, parking is very convenient, there is a dedicated underground parking lot and exclusive parking spaces. The breakfast was good. It was the best hotel in Shangqiu during my two days stay. Hygiene: The toilet seat is not wiped clean, which may mean that it is not cleaned carefully. Some accessories in other places, such as the power socket of the sink, are damaged. It is best to repair and replace them in time. Environment: The location is very close to Riyue Lake, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there are all kinds of restaurants within 1 kilometer of the surrounding area. The sound insulation is average. The windows are designed with drainage holes, which causes noise from outside the window to be transmitted in. There are also problems with the design of the pipes in the building. The sound of running water will be transmitted when taking a shower or flushing the toilet upstairs. The sound in the next room was bearable... the soundproofing was really lonely. Service: The service is indeed good, and the front desk is very polite. However, the permission to upgrade the room should not be honored. The reason should be clearly informed to the guest when booking a room.

I came out to do things and booked a store. I didn't expect to dig into the treasure. The whole was particularly grounded and not perfunctory. Let me talk about hygiene first, and it is comfortable at first glance when I enter the house. There is no dust on the tabletop floor, the bathroom is dry and has no musty smell, and the towel is soft to the touch. At first glance, it is frequently changed and washed. The facilities are very practical, the air conditioning is stable, the night is not noisy, the hot water is supplied all day, and there is no need to wait for a long time. The store has its own laundry area, and there is no need to bring a bunch of dirty clothes for many days. This is too intimate. The boss and the front desk are very real, there is no cold guest, there is a question casually asked patiently, parking space is sufficient, eating and shopping around is also close. The price is close to the people, there is no invisible consumption, and the living is at ease, unlike some hotels with appearances. I will choose this one when I come here in the future. This is truly a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Shangqiu! The environment is elegant and quiet, and it's conveniently located near a large shopping mall. The hotel was spotless, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all amenities were provided. The staff thoughtfully recommended local restaurants and sightseeing routes; the attention to detail was impeccable, and my stay was very warm and welcoming. This hotel is absolutely fantastic!
