"If there was an emoji that was three better, I'd have selected it. They treated me like family. I drank copious amounts of high quality tea in the lobby tea room with no expectations to buy any. The room was the nicest standard room I've stayed in. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room service inpecable. My only suggestion is the massage service fell way far short from the high quality the rest of the hotel set."

I didn’t give it a 5 because their breakfast is terrible. There wasn’t even an option to have an omelette or cereal. Not even bread with jam. There was just some smelly vegetable and some noodles."
