Hotel location in the nature is really positive. Room and bathroom very clean and treated. The best of the best was wellness center: such nice and clean wellness center I have not see long tine. Really great hotel to visit

The hotel was very new and clean, and the room size was good. The breakfast buffet provided many tasty options, even for vegetarians 😊. Since the hotel is located in an industrial area, a car is needed to get around. I was disappointed to be charged for parking (even a minimal €5 per day) because the huge parking lot was nearly empty! It was explained to me that they must also pay to rent the large parking lot, but I would simply include it in the price of the room, since anyone staying there will need to arrive by car. I was also surprised that a tea kettle with some coffee & tea for use in the room wasn't provided. I was told, however, that the Candlewood Suites (part of the same hotel complex) offers this. Anyway overall I was quite pleased with the stay and found it very good for the price.

The room was tiny, quite cramped for two people, leaving no space to move around. We had to push our toiletries onto the bed to make some room. However, it was very clean, which made up for the narrowness. The breakfast baskets for bread were quite exquisite, something you don't often see in a breakfast room. A stroll in the courtyard was lovely, with the Old Swan Stone standing majestically before us after the rain.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Restaurant service is good, as is the food.

We, my wife, our daughter and I, are walking around the Christmas market in Lindau. The second time we're staying at the BH. There are hotels and there are hotels, some are memorable and others aren't. The BV is definitely memorable, everything was perfect and I emphasize everything. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We will definitely be coming back soon and we'll be happy to!

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

We got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The elevator from the 4th floor to the 5th was old and needed attention. Breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and luggage storage was free of charge. The location is wonderful! Right by the Bahnhof! The room came with a Füssen city pass for each guess, meaning you can take the local transportation for free for two days. We used the passes for visiting the Neuschwanstein castle (Bus #78), as well as leaving Füssen (as far as Kaufbeuren is free).

Good location about 5 to 10 minutes from Fussen station, about 10 to 15 minutes to main attractions in Fussen (e.g. Museum, Fussen castle). Breakfast was tasty. Room was spacious as well, however curtains need to be drawn as the room is facing the road. Otherwise good view, not too noisy when the windows are closed. They provide 2 bottles of water on arrival which is not topped up, also no kettle or other amenities in the room.  There is a guest laundry available which is 4 Euros and a dryer as well that’s also 4 Euros.  The stay comes with a complimentary Fussen Card which allows you to take the bus to the castles for free, and also have a discounted price at Fussen’s ticketed attractions.  Overall a good stay.

The hotel has a superb location, right in the heart of the old town — perfect for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying the local atmosphere. However, cleanliness could be improved, as some areas did not feel as spotless as expected. My room was on the 4th floor, near the exhaust fan, which caused cooking smells to drift in. This made it less ideal to open the window for fresh air, but the hotel thoughtfully provided a fan for ventilation. The staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large luggage can be inconvenient. Overall, it’s a convenient stay for its excellent location, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and ventilation.

Very good location, not far from Swan Castle, suitable for self-driving, beautiful surroundings, next to the ski resort, it is better in winter, but summer is also good, there is a grass-like project suitable for children. The hotel design is very good, clean Neat, rich breakfast!
