GGuest UserGood location, close to the city centre. Basic rooms, double bed was quite small and the pillows flat. When asked in reception for extra towels for the outdoor pool they didn’t give them and only offered to use the bathroom towels and exchange for clean ones after. Tooftop pool is a paddle pool (water level reached my knees). Clean overall.

Perfect location in the middle of the town and right by the clock with the dancing figures. Lovely bodega bar downstairs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

During a brief stay in Vitoria, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Vitoria for work as a bus driver for a group. Overall, the experience was very positive: - Location and parking: The hotel is located in the Júndiz industrial park, on the outskirts of the city, which makes parking easy (for buses). It allows quick access to the A-1 motorway and the center of Vitoria in less than 10 minutes. - Staff and service: The reception and bar staff were friendly. - Rooms and facilities: The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and I slept well at night. The common areas were also well maintained. - Breakfast: The basic buffet breakfast served its purpose. - Surroundings: It is a quiet area, without many options within walking distance.
