Our stay at Les Tilleuls was simple, calm, and pleasantly straightforward. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try to impress loudly, but quietly gets a few important things right.
What stood out first was the location. The hotel was very easy to access, whether arriving by car or navigating around the area. That alone made the stay feel stress-free from the start, especially after a long day of travel.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, there was a sense of ease—nothing rushed, nothing cold. It felt like a place where guests are genuinely expected and calmly looked after.
Another thing we really appreciated was how quiet the area was. Even at night, everything felt peaceful, which made it easy to rest properly. Waking up without noise or disruption added a lot to the overall comfort of the stay.
All in all, Les Tilleuls Montbéliard Sud Audincourt offered exactly what we needed: easy access, a welcoming environment, and a quiet setting. Sometimes, that balance is more than enough.

The hotel entrance has a nice impressive decoration. A lot of art mixed in an old building. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. For those coming by car, there are public parking spaces outside the hotel which is for free in the evening. You are located quite central of the city. It's a nice walk in the surrounding. The breakfast was nice and lots of choices. I really enjoyed my stay.

Super location, just 5 min walk from the old historic city where there is a big place surrounded by bars and restaurant. The hotel is clean, with nice lobby restaurant, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. For breakfast, is standard choices, only if you have gluten allergy better inform them a day in advance. When I asked for Gluten-free bread since their selection was a bit limited, they said they would need to defrost first and it would take at least 30min. Otherwise everything was fine, I would go again there m

Very clean and comfortable stay. There are many (chained) restos around. Breakfast was good with eggs, hams etc. Just only one thing that we put “do not disturb” sign and kept it clearly visible outside when we left cos we didn’t want anyone to enter the room, but there was a housekeeping, entered, and clean…….

I've been returning to this hotel several time now when in Besançon, and honestly never been disappointed. It's clean, the breakfast is nice and the staff are friendly. Beware they don't have a restaurant for dinner but just next to the hotel there is a casino where they serve food. They are kind of collaborating.

we stayed there for a night while on the road in france. clean, simple, no frills rooms, free parking, SUPER friendly receptionist staff. we couldn't ask for more, especially at this price😊👍👍👍 will be back there next week again, actually, because we like the non-touristy ”feel” and the friendly people in and around lure (e.g. BAR LE SHOOTER, just 200 metres from the hotel, VERY cool atmosphere on weekends/karaoke thursday!;)) and in the bourgogne-franche-comté region😀. à bientôt au kyriad lure;)!
