Guest UserOur stay was Excellent! Exactly what we needed after a long 2 day travel back from Sumbawa! The staff were amazing! So Warm and welcoming especially May! The room was also splendid! A big TV with Netflix, Good AC, and plenty of complimentary water bottles! We also got complimentary watermelon and mint drinks which were very nice! The food at the hotels restaurant was also reasonably priced and very tasty! Would recommend a stay here to anyone especially as a layover to Bangsal ferry port!

Its a short stay as my nxt flight is in the morning room is spacious aircon awsome super cold staffs are friendly even upgraded me to family room but down side is the room is quite far..but love how affordable this hotel is.. my to go hotel if im in lombok

Really helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

Guest UserThe price is cheap, it's clean, and the service is great! There's also an airport shuttle service, so it's easy to get there. There's a laundry right next door, and this is a great laundry place. I think I'll visit again next time I go to Lombok.

It was a solid and clean room. I arrived very late, but I could still checkin and they even brought me to a restaurant to get some food. They were very friendly, but we had an internet outage, which was probably not their fault.

Overall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
