Now, for the restaurant and spa… - Restaurant: Honestly, it's unacceptable to serve that kind of meat, which is a shame because the presentation is incredibly beautiful, the fries are good, and the sauce is amazing. However, the meat itself isn't real meat, let me explain. It's reconstituted meat, full of fat and god knows what else. There are no muscle fibers at all. It's supposed to be good meat with the texture and taste of real meat, but after tasting it, we sent the dish back! It’s the first time in our lives we've ever sent something back! We spoke with the chef and the manager, and they didn't charge us for it. They understood, but despite that, they're still serving this 'meat'. - Spa: Honestly, are you real masseuses or just employees doing multiple jobs?! I have never had such a catastrophic massage in my life; I actually cried by the end of it."

"Very clean and new, the bathroom is very clean and got non-mold on the walls and glasses; furnitures are new and clean; bed is king size; very spacious; helpful and friendly staffs, everything’s organised; we even booked their airport transfer for convenience; definitely will rebooked it whenever travel to Lombok!"

"Location and cleanliness were good, and the service was friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options available. The room was large and comfortable, with a proper working desk which was very useful for business travelers. I stayed for 3 nights in the first room, but the shower was a bit old and the water did not spread properly. The bathroom drainage was also quite slow. I then moved to another room for 1 night, and the shower condition there was much better. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay."
