Our stay was Excellent! Exactly what we needed after a long 2 day travel back from Sumbawa! The staff were amazing! So Warm and welcoming especially May! The room was also splendid! A big TV with Netflix, Good AC, and plenty of complimentary water bottles! We also got complimentary watermelon and mint drinks which were very nice! The food at the hotels restaurant was also reasonably priced and very tasty! Would recommend a stay here to anyone especially as a layover to Bangsal ferry port!

very strategic hotel location in the center of mataram city, friendly price, although the room is a bit awkward because it is humid but for cleanliness is okay and attractive..
