I stayed at Dewi Sri Guesthouse just before it was closed due to the corona craziness and could not have asked for a better place to stay. It's run by Chris and Dewi, an Australian guy and his Indonesian wife and what they have created here in a very short time is nothing short of remarkable. They are supported by Dewi's family who don't speak alot of English but go out of their way to make you feel part of their family. The bedrooms have TV, ac and comfortable beds, the bathrooms are spotless and offer a choice of Indonesian wash tub and western shower, both with hot and cold water. The inside living area is stylish yet casual with comfy sofas terazzo tiled floors, french doors leading to an outdoor terrace and solid timber dining table. There are actually two leafy courtyard areas both with bluetooth speakers and good wifi throughout. And the best news is they are building a swimming pool. This guesthouse is conveniently close to the Immigration Office and a street food strip that offers a wide range of Indonesian street food at amazingly cheap prices. For myself, I was just as happy to eat Dewi's aunts home cooked food and think about my next stay with these lovely people, in this delightful environment and the soon to be completed swimming pool.

Really helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

If you need to stay in the center of Mataram, this is a great option. For the price, everything was great. The room was big, everything worked. The staff was friendly. Just be prepared for the fact that very early in the morning all the mosques around start calling for prayer.

The facility is clean and the staff are excellent. It is centrally located and you’re able to access many beaches with less than a hour drive. There is free motorbike parking as well. Restaurant is great value also. Where to improve: the bed sheets had blood on it from previous guest - they changed it at my request. There was dirty tissue in the cupboard from previous guest. There is no soap provided. The trash can was filthy and attracted ants so I put it outside and the ants were no longer an issue.

A pleasant stay, near Epicentrum Mall very convenient to get around. The room is nice and spacious with industrial interior design look. Plus points for the huge windows and prayer mat provided.

Excellent place to stay, bed good, teapot is, water, waifei and quiet

I stayed for 2 nights In room 103 (trip.com say it deluxe), From check-in all walk Safe and my stay is also comfortable, but not In the early week of 12.20 day, the staff opened my room locked From inside And brought a girl. because every hotel has back up key,i am sure the staff use the key. This morning at check-out I asked the staff in the morning, and the information was the name of the staff was CIPTO. Very sorry that the comfortable inn must be fried Because the staff will bring a girl and open the room when there are guests. Overall is good!

Satisfactory service, good cleanliness. The location is close to the crowd and close to food sellers and everything.
