The hotel is located very close to the city centre. The owner is a very kind and friendly lady. We appreciated the earlier check-in because we made a mistake and came too early. We stayed for the carnival in Acireale and had a great time in the city. We also visited the recommended restaurants, and our food experience was great. The room was spacious, the AC worked really well, the shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion were of excellent quality, and we loved the balcony. We also had a traditional sweet breakfast on the 1st floor at the common table. For the improvement space, it would be good to have flip-flops for the guests because the tiles in the room are pretty cold to walk around barefoot. I’d recommend this hotel to the other travellers.
