It was an enjoyable trip overall. The only two issues I had was 1. My unit with the jacuzzi had some wear, seems like there was a leak because there’s sealant on all corners throughout the room. 2. The couples massage was nice!! I asked for tension/deep tissue but didn’t get that. It was a bit light and skipped front upper body area.

Awesome place. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and supportive. Located just a few steps away from the amazing Laguna in Bacalar. It’s a quiet place to relax at the pool.
