Newly renovated hotel, comfortable ambience and design. Really love the design of the renovated hotel room. Hotel receptions are also efficient and friendly. However, the bathroom was not clean thoroughly as there was faulty smell when we just checked in, and the toilet roll was also finished and not replaced until we look for cleaner to spray in the bathroom and replace a new toilet roll. I have to personally clean the toilet bowl to make sure no smell was left. The bedding was also not very comfortable, feel lile budget hotel bedding but understandable as it is a shophouse style hotel. Honestly for the price point we are paying it has nothing to be complained but only highlight the downside for hotel to improve.

I stayed at the Green Hotel in Bintulu for 3 days and 2 nights, and my overall experience was satisfying and worthwhile, especially for a solo traveler. 📍 The hotel's location is very strategic and easily accessible, close to eateries and basic amenities. It's suitable for business trips, transit, or a short getaway in Bintulu. 🛏️ The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable for resting. Even though I was staying alone, the room space was sufficient and quiet, truly perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Basic facilities like the air conditioning and bathroom worked well. 👩💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out procedures were smooth without any issues. 💡 Minor drawbacks: This hotel is basic and leans more towards budget accommodation, so there are no luxury facilities. It's suitable for rest and sleep, not for extensive hotel activities.

The owner was really nice. We didn't have local currency, so they helped us find a place to exchange money. The location is quite convenient, close to the mall and not far from the beach either.

3 stars hotel but look premium - very comfy bed and they provide 4 pillows, bedsheet clean - built in speaker in bathroom (highlight of this hotel!!!) & HDMI cable provided - very spacious washroom - have mini fridge - good internet connection - towels smells good and clean had a great stays here and recommended

Pros: -Staff is helpful & friendly. -Provided TV,water heater, air cond. -Car parking provide at basement hotel. -Fitness center at basement floor. -Walking distance within 1km for hypermarket & food. Cons: -WIFI internet is provided but always request to login access once out of building, hopefully improve it. -Drain water system very slow at bathroom. -Cup did not change when housekeeping after used.

Beautiful sunset view with good ambiance. Classy swimming pool and a hearty peacefulness. Special thanks to chef who prepared food with care at 6am as my wife is vegetarian and fasting. Thank you for giving the good experience.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.

This hotel has a strategic position. In the middle of the city. Cheap price. Although small, it is suitable for the price offered. The guest waiters are very friendly and give good cooperation.
