Fantastic location, walking distance to the town centre and Wharf . Room clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned and amenities replenished every day . Will definitely come again !

Muhammad Irfan ArshadAccomodation was satisfactory. However, on our check out day we overslept and past our check out time. Instead of trying to contact us, hotel reception unlocked our doors and woke us up. Although the fault is entirely ours, this striked as a security and safety concern to us.

I stayed 4 nights at Centabay and overall it was ok- it is in a central location in Paihia close to the wharf. the structure needs more renovations but they do their best to keep it clean with the volunteers cleaning every day.

The motel is in a good location. But the hotel is quite run down and very tired. The unit we had was relatively clean. The swimming pool looked a bit like a scene from a horror movie... In summary, It wasn't a bad experience to stay there, and it was quite good value for money.
