One of the best hotels on the island. A luxurious Presidential Suite with its own pool. The bed was very dry, and the staff cleaned it several times a day, turned it down, and thoughtfully placed a bottle of water and cookies for evening tea on the nightstands. The breakfasts were beyond praise – everything was à la carte, you order it, and it was personally prepared for you. They also brought a basket with hot bread, ham, cheese, and fruit. Everything was very personal – each guest was greeted by name, which was a great touch! The only downside was the sea – it was blooming and green during our stay. But I will definitely return here, as the atmosphere here is completely relaxing and private!

Ryan MacInteresting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel.
Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome.
Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind.
Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque.
Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service.
Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back!
Pros:
1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach.
2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts.
3. Free daily massage.
4. Welcome drink upon check-in.
5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep.
6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach.
7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available.
Cons:
1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening).
2. Remote location from shops and cafes.
3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto.
I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.

Мария ЕWe stayed at the hotel from February 19th to February 22nd, 2026, and we loved everything about it! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. The hotel is situated on a hill, a 15-minute walk from Puka Beach. The climb can be a bit challenging, but if you're in good health, it's perfectly manageable. There's a shuttle service to D'Mall every hour or two, and they can drop you off anywhere you like along the way, essentially taking you across the whole of Boracay. The rooms have an Asian style, so if you're expecting luxury or Dyson hairdryers, this isn't for you. A plus for us was the huge, cinema-like TV with YouTube in our room. The staff were excellent, especially the bald guy at the front desk with the charming smile – unfortunately, we didn't catch his name. The breakfasts were great by Filipino standards; if anyone complains, they should try other hotels in the same price range. Definitely keep your balcony doors closed; monkeys were tugging at our door handles every morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back!

Guest UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations and was the most satisfying hotel experience on my recent trip. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. It's very tourist-friendly, making getting around a breeze.
The moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed. It was spacious and bright, with a minimalist and clean design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to fall asleep quickly and enjoy excellent sleep quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, well-stocked toiletries, and a consistent hot water supply – the attention to detail was spot on. The room had abundant natural light, a great view, and was overall clean, tidy, and odor-free, which made for a very reassuring stay.
The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly and patient in answering any questions I had, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, suitable for both relaxation and work.
It offers incredible value for money. The facilities, service, and location are all impeccable and well worth the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. It's a trustworthy and comfortable hotel!

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

Very quiet place with its own beautiful and well-maintained grounds. The room is spacious, with a large balcony. Hot water isn't always available, and the Wi-Fi works acceptably. The rooms are clean, but there's no daily cleaning service. It's about a 5-minute walk to Diniwid Beach, but the walk back is up a steep hill. There's a shuttle service to the beach and to Citymall. The breakfasts are very tasty and filling. We were with our child, and they gave him a complimentary plate of fruit and a glass of milk. The staff is very pleasant. There are a couple of good cafes near the hotel. We often went to Kape Drip coffee shop. Sometimes we walked to Citymall.

DΛVIDΞI recently stayed at Grand Boracay Resort, and its biggest advantage is easily the location. It is probably one of the best locations on the entire island.
Being right in D'Mall means you can walk almost everywhere and rarely need to pay for public transportation or e-trikes.
The Deluxe Rooms are just okay, 6/10 in my opinion. They are spacious enough for 2 to 4 people, which is great for families or small groups. However, the mini fridge was empty, and if you want drinks or snacks, you need to purchase them at the reception near the entrance.
The 2 beds for two people was just about adequate but definitely on the smaller side. It was manageable for a short stay (5-7 days), but couples who prefer more sleeping space may find it a bit cramped.
The curtains provide good privacy, so nobody can see inside the room, but they do not block much sunlight. Also, since many rooms face walkways, you will hear people passing by outside, and the noise can be a bit distracting throughout the day.
Cleanliness was acceptable, around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. The property feels quite old-fashioned and could use some modernization, but that is also reflected in the reasonable room rates considering the prime location.
Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place in the heart of Boracay and mainly need a room to sleep, shower, and change before heading back out, Grand Boracay Resort is a solid choice. If you are expecting a modern, comfortable, resort-style experience with luxurious amenities and Instagram-worthy rooms, this is probably not the right hotel for you.

Hotel is right next to the airport, we could walk to departures in about 10 minutes. There’s a restaurant outside the hotel with a beach view. There was a power outage that prevented us from using the AC during the day but worked well at night. The water pressure in the bathroom is poor, overall clean and was a convienient stay.

This time, I came to Boracay and stayed at this hotel! Although it's a bit far from the bustling area, they offer a free shuttle bus to get there. The staff are friendly, it's quiet at night, and the price is quite affordable for Boracay. I'm very satisfied with my stay here! If I ever go to Boracay again, I'd definitely want to repeat my stay at this hotel.
