Hotels with Parking in Carteret County

Evicted from the room due to a miscommunication about checkout dates. The point of contact at the hotel utilized a phone number not associated with the reservation (confirmed through booking) to make contact, then used the lack of contact as justification for packing our belongings and leaving them on the floor in the office. At a future date, when attempting to get an invoice for the stay, the respondent was argumentative and unsupportive. I was told to get my receipt through the website instead of the hotel WHO PROCESSED THE CHARGE. This has been the absolute worst customer service received from a hotel during business travel. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the any other hotels nearby. Nothing about this location justifies the attitude received from the front desk attendant.

my daughter and I visited for mother's day it was the best experience ever .Ocean view for miles to see and friendly atmosphere. We loved falling to sleep to the sound of the waves.

We love this newly renovated hotel. From welcoming and helpful staff to clean rooms and well- appointed amenities, this hotel is a winner. We will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Service was terrible.  Check in was at 4:00 pm and we were still waiting to get into our room at 4:30 with multiple other people.  They finally put us in a different room and the must have forgotten to change the other person’s room because someone else tried to get in our room with a card key!  Thank god I had flipped the inside lock.  This apparently happened to another person as well. Checking reviews later we learned this a chronic problem with this hotel.   While sitting in the lobby waiting we witnessed multiple customers complaining to the front desk about various issues.  Also there was a hidden charge of $20 per day to park.  This needs to be fixed on your website as it says parking is free. We will never return to this hotel.

The room was very clean. There were nice upgrades... laminate flooring, shower stall ( no tub). The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The window shade made the room very dark ( great for this daytime sleeper). Had NO issues at all.
