"We stayed in Flat 108, we paid more than ₹3 lakh for extended duration. A bag that had been placed inside the flat before our arrival went missing. The caretaker had access to the room, and we did not receive satisfactory support or investigation from management. Additionally, basic amenities were not properly maintained. We were disappointed with the security and service standards."

"This hotel boasts about being 3. 5 star and getting many awards but to be very honest it was just okay for the prices we paid. I am pretty sure these 5star ratings are fake or either paid because somebody in their right mind would never give this hotel a 5 star because they should provide some services to rate something in the first place. If i could give them zero, i would definitely do so. The services provided is not worth 3k. The room was smelly and the blankets were smelly too. The breakfast scenes were absolutely chaotic. They say the breakfast starts at 8. We reached around 8 am and waited for 45mins and they slowly started getting items one by one which got over in a jiffy and we had to wait for another 35-45 mins. It was not organised at all. The owner should really up their game. His attitude doesn't match this hotel's status. He thinks he is running some 5 star resort. What a joke."

"Except the location, everything else is terrible. * No signage of the property, no front desk, no proper billing * Dirty beach view room * No amenity except a small fridge and barely functional AC * Broken and dirty washroom without basic toiletries and without towels * Dirty curtains of the room as well as washroom * Main door of the room doesn't close properly unless you do a wrestling with it. Gaps in room and wahsroom walls which makes the room noisy and makes AC irrelevant * Don't go by the property photo. Outside is painted well, but inside its terrible * Charged exorbitantly to near 4-5 star price, which is not even worth for FREE * Perfect place to screw up you dream vacation on beachfront"

"Had a wonderful stay at Royal Touch, rooms were immaculate and the service was impeccable, staff genuinely couldn’t do enough to help and were always so friendly. Breakfast was lovely, the setting is beautiful and we had a sea facing apartment and it was worth every bit of the cost which I felt was very reasonable. One note if staying is to potentially take some ear plugs as the dogs on the beach like to howl at times throughout the night (this is not the hotels fault). I would highly recommend to anyone and thank you very much for a wonderful stay, we shall be back!"

"Have just had 3 lovely nights at Rockit Cafe. All good nothing bad to say. Stayed in a new hut number 309. Fridge aircon, large bed, tv, room service all excellent. Fantastic breakfast with great choice and wonderful service from all staff throughout. Always smiling and willing to help. 25 metres to the beach. Do good plan to be back next year for a bit longer visit"

"Good location with good environment. Must visit. Near the palolem market . Good Food. Amazing sunset view. Good for family visit. You can see the disciplinary at the hotel. You can also find boating at nearby. Childrens will really enjoy so thumsup palolem."

Crystall Goa Palolem

"We booked a premium double room which on the description stated that it had a seating area there was no seating area either inside or outside it also stated that it had either a balcony or a terrace the only outside space we had was a small table which overlooked the entrance and passage way to the adjoining cafes toilets and the staircase for the rooms on the floors above so there was no where to sit in private on an evening and have a quiet drink as we would normally do on holiday. On one evening this area was taken over by the preparation for a wedding party which we didn't mind but the next morning this area was a complete mess with discarded food and bottles everywhere. The room also had an adjoining door which was not on the room description and although this was locked we could often hear the television and voices from the room late into the night. The rooms were not cleaned until after three o'clock in the afternoon which meant on several occasions when we returned from the beach at about five our room had not yet been cleaned or was in the process of being cleaning which meant we had a wait to get back in. The free toiletries it offered were nothing like the pictures it shows on its website just two very small bars of soap. The only good thing about this property was the breakfast which was taken in the adjoining cafe not much choice either eggs or yogurt and museli but both were very nice. When we came to check out of our room to leave there was no one on reception who could access the computer so we left owing money for the laundry we'd had done. Would we stay here again NO there are a lot nicer places to stay in this resort for the same amount of money the rooms might be smaller but they have better facilities."

"The locale is excellent, the view to die for, the cottage opened up right to the sea. Would have given 5 out of 5 but for these 3 reasons a. Housekeeping once in 2 days is simply not acceptable. And my mother had to literally hand hold the cleaning women into cleaning the cottage satisfactorily. B. It's time now for the cottages to be refurbished. They are really looking old and dated. C. The kitchen quality in some of the dishes really needs an urgent improvement."
