"This hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere, with a clean and tidy environment overall. The rooms are spacious and grand, making for a truly comfortable stay. The front desk and staff are warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. We initially stayed with a tour group and then extended our stay for an extra night. When checking out, a staff member saw us with our luggage and immediately offered to help, which was incredibly considerate. Even when we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door, the hotel thoughtfully placed the daily standard bottled water, toiletries, and fresh towels neatly on the sofa outside our room. This showed great attention to detail, balancing privacy with ensuring our daily needs were met. Having stayed in countless hotels, I've never experienced such a comfortable and high-end stay. Every aspect was impeccable, deserving of a full five-star rating. I genuinely and strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"A very large hotel; our tour guide mentioned it's part of the InterContinental group. The rooms are quite spacious, which is perfect for families with kids. Everything in the minibar is chargeable except for the complimentary bottled water. The croissants at the breakfast buffet were delicious; while the overall breakfast selection wasn't vast, the quality was exceptional. We had a very pleasant three-night stay here. It's a shame we didn't get a chance to experience the hotel's pool. One night, guests in the adjacent room were quite loud late into the evening, and the soundproofing wasn't great, which unfortunately disturbed our sleep. The front desk was very helpful, offering to arrange taxis and make reservations at restaurants in nearby towns. This was a very thoughtful touch!"

"Traveling with children, those cliff hotels with charming scenery do not accept children (when we arrived at the destination, we found that they were indeed not suitable for children because the hotels were built on cliffs). It took about 25 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport by taxi. The taxi driver said that this was a very good hotel. As soon as we arrived at the hotel parking lot, the beautiful staff greeted us, helped us open the door and take our luggage, and immediately served us ice-cold lemonade when we took us to the lobby. The sea view was so beautiful that we took pictures while going through the formalities. We got the room card and were sent to the room. Along the way, the olive trees with fruitful fruits and the five-pointed plums of various colors were particularly beautiful. The warm sunshine sprinkled on our bodies, and it felt like the whole world was quiet, and the 26 hours of travel fatigue disappeared. Back to the room, the child happily jumped into the swimming pool in the yard of the room. The sunset of the hotel in the evening was very beautiful. Many people dressed up to eat at this hotel. We stayed for three days and dined in the hotel restaurant for two days. The products of both restaurants were very good, especially the grilled squid was delicious. The service was also attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast is ordered, you can choose a set meal or order what you like. The hotel room is designed in a casual style. You can see the scenery while lying on the bed. The hygiene is very good. Twice a day, the night bed is made, and the children's slippers are painted with hearts. There is also a welcome card with the children's name. The daily drinking water is also replenished, and there is no need to call for it. You can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the town of Oia. It is within a ten-minute walk to the Internet celebrity check-in point. We went to the town at 7 o'clock in the morning to watch the sunrise. There was no one and it was very quiet. If it was after 7:30, the Internet celebrity photo-taking point would have to line up, and then go back to the hotel for breakfast. It feels so good to drink coffee in the hotel (there is a coffee machine in the room)."

"It was very clean and had a calm atmosphere. Perhaps because it was the off-season, there were not many other guests, so I was able to spend the whole time privately. All the hotel staff were full of hospitality and we enjoyed it a lot. The dish called ”The Egg” that I ate at the hotel restaurant was very delicious. The poached eggs made by the hotel chef were the best ✨ Breakfast was a buffet style, but everything I ate was delicious and I was very satisfied. Although it is in the Fira area, it is far from the center, so I mostly got around by taxi, but the hotel arranged it for me at a reasonable price, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing. The pool was also clean and very comfortable, and I relaxed on the beds by the pool and had a drink. The hotel faces the east side of the island, so you can't see the sunset very well, but the sunrise looked very beautiful. If I come to Santorini next time, I would like to stay again. "We really liked our time in Santorini, the staff of the hotel was really welcoming and always ready to assist. The only thing that we didn’t know about was that we needed to pay for drinks at the restaurant even with the full board option. The hotel is clean and right on the beach, the hotel provides even beach towels for rental (2€ each). The transfer service is also really nice, we were the only ones at that time of the day. Paid 40€ same as the uber we paid on our way there."

"I used it on my honeymoon. The staff who can speak Japanese is very good, and thank you for your help! !! Basically it was nice to be beautiful, but I was a little worried because the cleaning was not done properly in the details (such as the edges) and there was a place where dust was accumulated. After that, the flight time on the last day was early and I couldn't make it in time for breakfast, so I was asked to respond with room service, but it was too terrible. The breakfast buffet was perfectly nice, but in room service, I was surprised with 3 thin breads that were not warm, small jam, and cold small coffee. .."
