A very, very good hotel! The driver who picked us up at the airport sent us to the location in Figure 1. The car can only drive here. The hotel owner came to pick us up in person. I guess the driver contacted the hotel owner after seeing the hotel we were going to, so he came to pick us up in advance. He helped us carry our luggage. We had to go up a few steps. It would be very difficult to carry the luggage without him. I wanted to give him a tip, but he didn't want it. After checking in, he asked us to fill in the breakfast dishes for tomorrow. Then he took out a tourist map and told us where the various attractions were and how long it would take to walk. He also took out a book to show us pictures of the ancient monuments. This honeymoon suite has a double bed and a sofa. The sofa is very wide. The sofa I slept on was as comfortable as the bed. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! The water in the balcony bathtub is circulated day and night, warm, and my son didn't want to come out when swimming in it. In the morning, someone put breakfast on the balcony, set it up, and called us. It's amazing to eat breakfast while watching the sea view! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the blue-domed church in the town of Fira. I don't know how to take the bus. There are many black taxis in Fira town. It costs 30 euros for us to take a taxi to the black beach. You have to eat seafood in Santorini. This fresh seafood is completely different from the live shrimps bought in China! Their seafood has the freshness of the sea! However, standing on the hotel balcony to the left, you can see an open-air restaurant, which is actually a bar. Don't eat there. We waited for more than an hour before the food was served, and three dishes cost 92 euros, which was expensive and unpalatable. After we checked out, someone came to pick us up at the airport. But we didn't know where to wait, so the hotel owner personally took us to the location in the first picture. He was so nice! I took a photo as a souvenir, the second picture. I really recommend this restaurant!

cici9090I first stayed at this hotel almost 11 years ago, and it was my top choice again for my second visit to Oia. Its location is fantastic, right at the entrance to Oia town, which means you can head out for a stroll daily and effectively avoid the crowds. Despite 11 years passing, nothing about the hotel feels outdated. The lobby is quite small, like a tiny library, and the public areas, guest rooms, and pool are still beautiful. The breakfast restaurant offers a great view, though it's a bit cramped. The food tastes pretty good, the room cleaning is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly!

A great stay for couples, we've chosen the room with the jacuzzi hot tub and it was great to relax there after a long day exploring Santorini 😊.
The breakfast was delicious and it had good variety of choices and can be delivered to the room.
The location is somewhat remote but if you rent a car (highly recommend it) that's not too much of an issue. We couldn't rent a car, but the reception can arrange for free transfers to Fira which is where you can get a bus from there to any other important spot on the island.
The room was very nice and clean and we had no issues with using all of amenities.
In short: a great stay for a great time and a great value and some great hospitality by the hosts.

The hotel is located about a 30 minute drive from the airport. The hotel provides a pick up and drop off service for 30 Euros. It is less than a minute's walk to the beach. There are multiple options for eating and drinking.
The hotel is quaint and beautifully decorated. The family room we stayed in was the ideal size for 2 adults and 2 children. We had a private balcony to enjoy the view from in the evening. There is a good looking pool at the hotel. We didn't use it as we spent most of our time at the beach.
The hotel is a family-run business and the service is excellent. The lady waited up late for our late check-in and they provided an early breakfast for our early check-out. We only had a few days here, but my wife, my children and myself all wish it could have been longer.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return here if we get the chance.

We stayed at the cave room with a pool. It was just like the pictures and clean. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the room and surroundings. We found the cave room was too claustrophobic for us in the end. But that was our fault.
We were well received. The staff made an effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Things we noticed:
- The reception desk was often empty. I had to leave my room key and tax payment on the empty desk as I left, as there was no one there to check us out.
- The area is remote. So best to stay here only if you have a car or don't mind staying put.
- Pool water was colder than expected.
- The bathroom was quite nice and big. But we couldn't get hot water from the main shower, and it had low pressure. We only stayed for 1 night, so not sure how frequent this is.
- The complimentary water bottle from the fridge had already been opened.
- Breakfast was ok. Lots of stuff, but I had doubts about the quality and freshness.
- No sunset view. The hotel is located behind the mountain on the opposite side. It still had a nice sea view.

Service: I want to give a huge shout-out to the handsome Greek gentleman at the front desk. His service was meticulous and attentive; he helped us book a rental car, recommended boat tours, and suggested sightseeing routes. He also pre-ordered breakfast based on our preferences and even helped us load our luggage into the car when we left, as there was a rocky path that was difficult to navigate. Extremely professional! On the island, you have to drink bottled water, and the hotel provided a bottle daily, which was a great touch for guests.
Environment: It's very close to the Mediterranean Sea, so you can lie back and gaze at the blue sky. Right outside, you can access the Fira cliffside walkway, perfect for seeing the blue-domed churches.
Facilities: Quite new, and comes with toiletries and disposable slippers.
Cleanliness: Generally good, cleaned daily, very spotless.

Anonymous UserAt first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

This is a very private villa with two bedrooms, two toilets with showers, and a jacuzzi with a view. The accommodation staff was very friendly and tried hard to communicate with us. Although it was a bit difficult to find the front desk at first, they suggested that they could tell the guests how to check in. The breakfast was very rich, and the hot tub was always heated for us. It felt like home!

ATLStayed for 3 nights. Views of the sea from the hotel was great. The next best thing was the awesome and cheerful service staff Ms Vasiliki Samara who was superb in her duties attending to our needs and requests at the reception counter and at breakfast. This has resulted in a first-ever review of hotel stay by this guest.

Santorini sun beach
What an amazing experience at the Terra Blanca Suite Hotel! We spent an absolutely incredible week, lulled by the delights of the swimming pool and the sea. The warm welcome and unfailing availability of our hosts added an exceptional touch to our stay. And let's talk about this breathtaking view from the swimming pool, a real call to relax on the comfortable sun loungers and under the parasols. In addition, just 100 meters away, a Carrefour for our supply needs!
The highlight of the morning was the breakfast, delivered at our convenience, with a host of delicious choices. However, a small downside because you need one, the absence of coffee in the formulas was a very slight downside. We noted some details such as the absence of capsules and body milk, but really, it's to nitpick. The suites were spotlessly clean, pleasantly decorated and of undeniable quality.
This stay was perfect, and now all we really want is to either come back for another getaway or never leave this enchanting place!
