"The service and amenities are superb. The personels were very polite and accommodating. They gave us a very quiet room which is located on the 6th floor right on the roof deck. The food is good, breakfast is served in buffet which we really enjoy. It was such a memorable stay and we will definitely come back here."

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! Thank you!"

"This is an excellent hotel. Both the service and the room's facilities, hardware and software, are outstanding. They offer welcome coconuts, a minibar with healthy drinks, and even turn-down service at night. The TV has all major platforms and free movies. The room feels spacious and the bed is large and comfortable. All staff members, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the lifeguards, are friendly and polite. I really appreciate their conversations and service. However, I must mention that the hotel is currently in a 'soft-run' phase. During the day, there's a lot of ongoing renovation and occasional construction noise in various areas, and the spa is not yet complete. The dining options are limited (though every dish I had was delicious). Also, the rooms have a smart power detection system that automatically shuts off power, including the mini-fridge, when no one is in the room. This means drinks can't stay cold all the time, and charging your phone while you're out of the room isn't reliable. Despite these points, I still highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for unwinding and taking peaceful walks by the sea – it's truly wonderful."

"We really had a very nice holiday here! The whole environment was excellent, all the facilities were easy to use and really every member of staff was very kind. Clean of course ! Delicious food! We have had some complaints, and I must explain here that my husband is an old German, and I found that the Germans are much more critical than the French, but the staff, from the general staff to the manager who was on duty every day, took our ”complaints” very seriously, and the most valuable thing is that every one of them really tried to help us to solve our ”problems”. The ”hassle”. I have to admire the service here! It really is better than many 5 star hotels! Fantastic Fireworks on the beach and the Resort had super prepared for all Guests together party! Even for Kids! We'll be back here again."

"Excellent welcome, very pretty establishment, with a beautiful green outdoor layout. An incredible swimming pool to relax after a day visiting the surroundings. Very well located, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which can be reached very quickly by scooter to rent in front of the hotel for 500PHP / day. Stayed in room No. 10 slightly offset from the pool, which allows not to be disturbed in the evening, beautiful room, well equipped, extra large bed and a small terrace. Excellent staff service. Thank you for this very good stay at the end of January 2025 ❤️ Josselyn and Karine"

"The treasure hotel overlooked by the domestic website, the scenery is very beautiful, google map is high rating, fortunately stayed for one night, few tourists, good service, big room, I want a big bed, there is actually a small bed. The small balcony faces the sea. The restaurant can enjoy the scenery while eating at the top, and you can also go to the covered bridge to take pictures. Very cost-effective."

"Even with a late check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean, and having a terrace was great for drying swimsuits after a dip. The direct access from the pool to the sea was incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The bed was plush, and the pillows were super comfortable. The pool is stunning! The location is also fantastic, being close to shopping areas, restaurants, and tour operators. And a big bonus: at night, you can see countless stars from the beach in front of the pool area – it's like they're pouring down! Everything was perfect, with only one minor drawback: there was only one mirror, located in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. If there had been just one more mirror, it would have been absolutely flawless."

"A great romantic place for a couple on a tropical island. Secluded and quiet, cool bamboo huts next to the sea and surf, birds, flowers, palm trees, a small house reef. In the spring, tiny newborn turtles crawl out of the sand. There is a small track up the hill behind the hotel. Kayaking (for a fee), ping-pong, small games. Excellent cuisine, but a bit expensive by local standards (keep this in mind, since there is nowhere else to eat, as well as paid water and a paid transfer - 400 pesos one way). For a couple, 3-4 nights will be a good choice. Singles will be bored for more than 2 nights. Have a power bank, since charging is limited by the hour. Communication is only local Wi-Fi, our cellular did not work. Of the minuses - for some reason the hotel does not have an official account in messengers and only answers local calls, does not answer emails. Also an evil (one) guard dog (others are ok) and VERY heavy paddles on the kayaks."
