KKnoxxxIt's a nice and hotel with very good in room facilities, we stayed in the ground floor room which open up into some beautiful views of the gardens. Plenty of space and has nice feel to it. It's located about 10-15 minute shuttle out of the town centre of el nido, the hotel provides free return shuttles at all times of the day and night which is really helpful. Lio beach where the hotel is situated is also quite nice with multiple restaurant options and convention store just outside the hotel. We had the breakfast each morning which you can have delivered to your room or sit out in the dining area to eat, the food was amazing with a good sized serving, I would recommend this to anyone staying here (only 1000 pesos so good price as well) The team of staff at Piece Lio go over and above to help out wherever they can. - thank you peice Lio we will be back!

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

GGuest UserThe Zuri Resort was a great property. It has a super beautiful outlook of the bay and neighbouring islands.
The rooms were comfortable, the food was good and reasonably priced and the service was exceptional.
On our first day of check-in, I injured myself pretty bad on the kids waterslide whilst playing with my daughter (my daughter did the same immediately after me so I think it’s more of a design flaw than user error) to the point that I had to go to hospital. The hotel staff did absolutely everything to ensure I was taken care of and looked after me exceptionally well for the remainder of my stay. I’d recommend to others and would happily return.

AAnonymous UserAstoria was a 1.5-hour drive away from PPS airport. We took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, and it costed us only 200 per way (the original fare was 250 but we got 20% discount since we were students) which is cheaper than the one offered by private vans at the airport. Upon arriving at Astoria, we were greeted by their welcoming staff with complimentary drinks and locally made necklace. The staff assigned to us gave us a quick tour of the place, and we loved how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. If there’s one thing that guests should know before visiting, it’s that to expect that Astoria sales staff would try to sell you their membership packages. But don’t worry, you can politely decline and Astoria’s sales staff would be very understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Astoria and we will definitely come back!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a small road, about a 15-20 minute walk from the busiest street. It's a short distance from Zuri. I've stayed at both and each has its pros and cons. The view is still good, and breakfast is decent. The Wi-Fi is mediocre and disconnects frequently. It has its own pier, which is great for watching the sunset. However, it's easy to accidentally end up in a room near the chicken coops; those chickens really crow day and night. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. Luckily, Trip.com was very helpful and arranged a room a bit further away, so I finally didn't have to listen to chickens crowing in the middle of the night.

AAngelicaFrom the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free.
Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site.
Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

GGuest UserVanilla Beach, just a ten-minute drive away, is a must-see. The hotel's walking distance to the bazaar, friendly and smiling staff, and spotless rooms were all wonderful. It's definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again. Don't let the Monday rush when you first arrive or the fact that the hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floors deter you.

Nothing at all! ))) Some might not like the rooms that need renovation, and there are many areas on the hotel grounds that could use some TLC, but I guess the management isn't too bothered since the hotel is in demand. Still, they could at least fix the gate leading to the beach.
